Even though I didn't have the svg files, they sent me the support when I asked. You are to be congratulated. Pros It was very easy and quick to create a logo that I liked and could represent my ideas, I really liked the system. Cons It is very important to have svg files, because the use of svg in applications is excellent for not having poor quality images, especially for logos. PNG files lose quality when resized. Reason for choosing SMASHINGLOGO It was the first system I tested and I enjoyed using it right away, mainly for its value, not having to pay anything extra if I need to make changes and with 24/7 support. I needed a something added to my logo that I wasn't able to do via the website so i emailed them and someone called \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was happy to help free of charge. Owner Computer & Network Security Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Service" January 20, 2023 5.0 Pros Easy to use, great preview options - especially if looking to make marketing materials, and it really helps people who aren't as creatively inclined as others to create a great design. Cons It took me a little bit to find a way to get fonts I liked in other designs incorporated into the design I was working on or match a color scheme from a different design without selecting the template for that design first but was able to get everything I wanted in one place at the end. There is also a good possibility I made it harder than it should have been, so others may not have any difficulties at all. Reason for choosing SMASHINGLOGO I came across a few different sites offering the same type services, but SmashingLogo had more options and designs that appealed to me and were more in line with what I was envisioning. Pros I've found that making my Logo with this guys, was actually easier than I've thought, I had no idea how to start, or even what I wanted it, yet, once I've started, everything was a breeze, couldn't be happier. Customer Service it's great too, every time I had a question, or needed a change, it was done very quickly. Cons I am a guy who doesn't really understand much in technology, I've made a few changes in my logo (playing with the colors), and now, I have no idea how to change it back, lol, every time shows me the same colors, but I can't go back to my original, hopefully, one day it will be easier to erase the ones you don't want anymore. Of course the software was easy to use and there are so many options to search through for the look you want, but the thing that stuck out to me was the support team. They are were so quick to get back to me. We have an all lowercase logo but have “God” in it and I asked if they could change the g to a G. I purchased the software and they made the custom change in ONE day! These guys have something good going. Pros The software is user friendly, lets you use “feeling” words to find icons/fonts/colors you’re looking for, and support is AWESOME! Cons At the sacrifice of ease of use, there are some limitations to what you can do with the software. Support will help you though with what you need of the software can’t. March 19, 2021 5.0 Great program with so many options to customize and excellent, responsive and very helpful customer service. Will definitely be using them again in the future! Pros Ease of use and so many options. We were working with a professional graphic designer to develop a logo for our new company and hated everything they sent us. So I gave Smashing Logo a try and quickly came up with several options we liked and eventually narrowed it down to something we love! Cons It would be cool if gradient colors were an option. I also would've liked to be able to choose the shape of the logo. We wanted it square, but we ended up with a rectangle. I was able to fix it on my end though, so no big deal. Reason for choosing SMASHINGLOGO I did a quick google search and found so many positive reviews of SmashingLogo I figured I'd give it a try. Then I got some initial feedback from friends and decided to change it. The support was nice enough to allow me to change it. After the change, I requested small changes to the new logo and they delivered in a day or so. Really happy with the result. Pros There are just so many customization options. The fonts are super beautiful and I could customize my logo with all the elements that I liked. The design support to make slight changes really gave the last finishing touch to make the logo just perfect. Cons I wanted my logo text to be lower case only and I had to choose lower case font after each time.
