They understood what kind of logo design I want very well and they were responsive when I requested 4 more revisions. I requested 2 more revisions 6 months after they did the first 2 revisions and they still made 2 more revisions 6 months later quickly each one in a day. Reason for choosing SMASHINGLOGO I checked the designs they were advertising and choose Smashinglogo because their designs were close what ı wanted. And I am happy that I am fully satisfied. On every question, I got an answer within 2 hours. Pros I really enjoined making the logo online. I can see that our support team replied to your emails 3 times with the link to your logo but obviously you haven't received these replies. Pros I love that the designs are all actually really nice and very usable as I’ve used all the websites where they weren’t very good at all and inevitably I ended up winning the logos which led me to this website Cons The only con I would say is just the difficulty in downloading assets as you have to do this by individual type and it involves quite a few clicks, and it would be great to be able to download them all in one click and save them for future use. It was reasonably easy to use. and we were quite happy with what we received. Cons I didn't get the email with the logo. I've contacted support via the website contact form about 3 times and emailed directly from my email address twice and haven't had a response. and no, its NOT in junk as I've been checking it every day. I'm wanting a more complex custom design done as per the website says as I can't the the current one without it and no one will contact me. I am now looking at going elsewhere with a refund.
