Pros

The variety of styles to choose from and therefore make it very personalized.

Cons

Maybe easier to use the website on a laptop rather than a phone, but I haven’t tried so I don’t know.

Pros

Very easy to use. With very few infor you can make your own brand, nice!

Cons

Limited variatons on icons. Unfortunately, some features did not work anymore after some time (various colors in icon)

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from the team answered my email query via the Contact Us Support function and was very helpful. Unfortunately, when I was using the app, I had not saved my preferred logo and realised that it was not saved to my account. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was able to find the logo via your backup server and send it to me - on my purchase of the logo package. This was all resolved in one day. I was really pleased that I was able to retrieve the logo I wanted for my new business and that it was all sorted so quickly. Many thanks!

Pros

Smart, non-fussy logo design - perfect for my new business!

Cons

Need to delete the logo designs after 50 logos displayed.

Pros

all was easy and perfect, wide variety of colors, fonts and combinations. Fast and efficient creation of logo. We have tried other generators (some of them were 3 times more expensive with 5 times worse results offered)

Making a business logo is a very important step to having your business appear to customers the way that you desire. We were very impressed with the website and the customer service was also fantastic when we contacted them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we ever need a new logo for another business.

Pros

We looked through literally hundreds of generated designs and it allowed us to really hone in on what we were wanting for our brand logo. The features allowed us to easily edit and tweak things to our liking and our end product is fantastic!

Cons

Not being able to send a font name from a phone to the pc. I understand why its setup this way but when my wife is looking on the phone and I am on the pc it made us have to search for certain icons/fonts

It is a simplified service, you will not get brand book and lot of customization possibilities but it gives what you pay for.

I couldn't rate SMASHINGLOGO more highly. A great product, excellent pricing and fabulous customer service - what more could you ask for!

Pros

There is so much choice available to design your perfect logo and its so easy to create, view and to make any changes you need. The quality of the product and information that you get for the price you pay is fantastic. Added to that, their response time on any questions asked along with their helpfulness in providing any assistance is second to none.

Cons

Nothing - I'm really pleased with every aspect.

Disappointing

Pros

The website is easy to use and the logos are lovely.

Cons

Misleading advertising saying you can amend the logo once downloaded. What is the point of paying for a logo that, when you download it, cannot be resized to fit on to a LinkedIn or Facebook page.

Simplistic in its application and sophisticated in its overall product is how I describe my experience.

Pros

The user friendly functionality allowed me to place my company name and within seconds, the first crop of logo's are being generated for my viewing. The takeaway for me was the ability to forward through a suite of favourite logo's to friends and family and allow them to vote which ultimately assisted me with selecting the business logo I have today. Very cool

Cons

There was nothing I least liked about it.

A mate of mine referred me to Smashing Logo. Originally I was perusing through another website called 99 Designs, but found myself confused and struggled to navigate through their dashboard. It looked too cluttered for my liking.

I love it, I have created about five different versions of the logo so far for different uses/ products for my business.

Pros

I have been using the SmashingLogo website for just under a year now. The vast spectrum of content is unbelievable. If there is an option/ colour setup you cannot find the support team will always be happy to help you out!

Nothing at all! really easy and simple to use.

I got all the media files I needed, including animation (premium) plus when I asked for an additional feature, I got it! Great service.

Pros

It was fun to interact with to get a design that I thought was perfect for my client. The support is incredibly good - fast and flexible.

Cons

It was all very straightforward only downside was I found I couldn't replicate the design I was offered so had to buy it whilst I could see it, but there is the option to change it within a period after purchase.

I would love the option to add more costumize colors to your logo. So you can have it in more different colors.

I have found out by chance, this amazing software and I have not hesitate to use it and talk with the support team which has been very effective (big thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]). In 5 minutes I have found my logo and it was fun to create. Most of all the possibility to check the logo on several media was very funny and give a good overview which has enables me to take the decision immediately to buy the licence.

Pros

The Software is really easy to use Anyone can in few minutes create his own logo, there are a lot of possibilities, it is easy to navigate in the software. And in addition it is fun, really!

Cons

Nothing, everything was perfect. Ok maybe the possibility to shift the differents parts of the logo( letters, Icons...) to place it exactly where you desire it is.

Pros

I got a custom logo and the team at Smashing Logo were super helpful. They really understood what I was looking to achieve and were always responsive. I'm really happy with the end result and all of the different file types and logo versions I received. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

Nothing. I was satisfied with the service and final product I received from Smashing Logo.

Very good. The overall quality of the end result is great and support is quick and very helpful in for instance making the last tweaks in the design that I liked after purchasing.

Pros

Very easy to use and many options that show give inspiration and help with making decisions.

Cons

Pros

Assistance was grand, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] helped and kindly offered some extra and for free when I asked a slight change in an already delivered design. This was so appreciated!

Cons

the site is in Italian at first but all personalizations should be submitted in English for best results. This is not stated openly when submitting the personalization (I believe they think Google Translator would be enough), it honestly wasn't a problem for me but it could be for other non-bilinguals.
