Pros

SMASHINGLOGO is easy-to-handle, user-friendly software due to which I eventually got a chance to realize my idea of how my logo should look like. Creating itself was a pleasure and the suggested solutions were really worth of being considered and applied. I lost no time and got an excellent result of the highest quality. Together with its prompt, friendly and helpful customer support SMASHINGLOGO is definitely second to none in their field. Utmost respect and many thanks!

Cons

Nothing to mention, indeed. I liked to work with it, I immediately got response to any question I put… I was astonished as I got exactly what I wanted from the first try.

My overall experience was great! If I ever need anything else made up as a logo, I will 100% begin with SMASHINGLOGO.

Pros

This software is SUPER easy to use! I have absolutely no background in working with web design, etc. but was able to put together a logo that I absolutely LOVE in no time! There are so many options to modifying your template. I even made a mistake on the final product. The team at SMASHINGLOGO are so easy to work with! They helped me modify my logo so that it is now perfect! I would highly highly recommend using this program to anyone! Great value for what you receive!! Thank-you!

Cons

I don't have anything that I like least of this software.

Ambsolutely fantastic. They have been extreamly supportive in customising our logo. We have 5 different versions and sub liogos and they were happy to customise them all.

Pros

The ease of use and visuals. Such a pleasing collection of photos to real bring the logo to life.

Cons

That customizable logos can't be shown on the preview with visuals.

Amazing experience with customer service hands down! They helped me on multiple occasions with my logo, issues concerning my logo outside this software and I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for their help and understanding.

Pros

I love how it helped you come up with a name and then helped you set up a logo all in one software.

Cons

I did have a little difficulty understanding the editing features and page format as I'm not familiar with logo making or softwares in general.

Enjoyable experience to use SMASHINGLOGO, resulting in a great product at the end.

Pros

Easy to use and so many different options. Starting out with a new business, it was good to have a cost effective yet highly creative service available to enable us to create a great logo without a huge outlay. Customer support was also excellent in assisting with some specific changes we were seeking to make and guiding us through the process.

Cons

Not really a con at all - so many different logo options to choose from you could literally get stuck forever trying to choose!!

Disappointed but willing to change my mind if they perform

Pros

Smashinglogo has good Logo designs and ordering was easy. Of course no problem when money is going to them but after payment, crickets!

Cons

They sent me the wrong one! I have sent two requests for attention to this matter and haven't even received an acknowledgement. Its been 72 hrs. If I hear back today, I will revise this review. Otherwise, very disappointed. Other than the wrong logo colors, none of the files they send you are able to fit the store icon on Etsy.

I tried out the free trials of many online logo generators. This was is by far the absolute BEST. After putting in my information, the system generated LOTS of sample logos of all types of styles. I like that the samples included logos that were very professional looking. All small business owners should take a look at this product! I saved a lot of money by using this product to make my company's logo by myself.

Pros

Lots of different options to make your company logo look professional.

Cons

When trying to change the font, can be difficult to find a specific option. You have to click on the names/numbers they've given to the font to see how it will look in your sample.

Very good overall experience + helpful support.

Pros

Very easy to use tool that allows you to create a lot of versions of particular logo in short time. You can adjust high level styling, add icons, change colors and play around to polish the one of many generated logos that you think matches your needs. Customer Service fast and responseful, allowed to overcome some missing features in online editor.

Cons

I would like to be able to have more options concerning font size/be able to pick specific font. Basically, the generated logos are very very nice, but sometimes you would love to just increase something a bit and online editor is missing this feature. BUT - Customer Service could help you with that.

My overall experience with them was alright i won’t say it was too good or even the worse just okay.

Pros

I liked how it’s interface is not complicated at all and even someone who knows nothing about Logo design can easily create a logo for their brand or company.

Cons

I don’t like how they don’t have a free version and in order to use it one must pay without even knowing if it’s the right software for them.

It was amazing experience, specifically after purchase support. I required a minor change in the logo after purchase and got it with the help of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\].

Pros

It was easy to design your own logo and for doing this you need not be a pro. After preparing one you get multiple layouts and formats to chose from. Download options in different colours and file types matching your requirement. Last but not the least, after purchase support as per your need, thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] for all his support.

Cons

There is choice for only 2 colours in the logo at a time, better if multi colour choice is available.
