## What is Symplify?

Nous avons eu un partenariat pendant plus de 7 ans, donc en général, on peut dire que nous avons eu une bonne expérience. Une équipe agréable et toujours disponible pour aider. Nous avons parfois eu l’impression, par contre, que les gens sur notre compte était juniors et donc qu’ils se faisaient former en même temps que de travailler sur nos projets, ce qui est décevant parfois; de devoir toujours répéter les mêmes choses d’une personne à l’autre. Cela a tiré dans la balance lorsqu’est venu le temps de décider si nous souhaitions rapatrier les connaissances et l'expertise à l’interne.

Pros

J’apprécie que c’est un service clé en main qui nous est offert. Une fois les textes et les visuels envoyés, ils s’occupent de l’intégrer et de l’envoyer à la clientèle sélectionnée, en s’assurant que le rendu est excellent sur tous les types d’appareils. La plate-forme CARMA est facile à utiliser et les rapports que nous obtenons sont simples à comprendre, ce qui est idéal. L'équipe Simplify n'avait aucun problème à nous envoyer des rapports plus précis au besoin et prenaient le temps de nous les expliquer lorsqu'on le demandait.

Cons

L'équipe Simplify ayant un taux de roulement assez élevé sur notre compte au cours des 7 ou 8 dernières années, nous avons eu besoin de former plusieurs personnes au fil du temps, et des processus ou connaissances qui, pour nous, étaient acquises et comprises depuis longtemps, devaient parfois être réapprises du côté de Simplify. Nous aurions aimé que ce soit un peu plus « seamless », car cela a généré quelques erreurs.

Email marketing is to me the best marketing tool to reach our audience but we need to have the right tool to succeed in our operations. I believe Symplify is the right tool for that. We can do virtually anything with this software in terms of segmentation and personalization. My business is not big enough to take advantage of all the functionalities that it offers, but I wish I had access to it in my previous job in a big media where we send tons of email.

Pros

• Customer and technical support • Personalization • Segmentation • Ease of use when you know the platform

Cons

• Some bugs with the layout tools (bold and colors) when editing text.

Généralement, Simplify est un bon outil. Il est facile à utiliser et s'apprend assez rapidement.

Pros

Simplify est relativement facile à utiliser. Il permet de rapidement monter des infolettres et courriels de masse et de bien suivre le comportement des destinataires grâce à un outil de rapport assez complet.

Cons

Quand on veut entrer dans le détail et personnaliser les courriels et infolettres créées, le software peut être capricieux, surtout si on n'est pas familier avec le html.

Pros

I really like the simplicity of the program and the customers service. The offer also a great dashboard for test and performance results.

Cons

The software is a bit old school. We can't create multiple columns with link without asking developers creation. We also can't put video in the newsletters and image effects (mouse over etc).

C'est très simple d'utiliser Symplify et le service personnalisé est très apprécié. La gestion de la base de données était un problème avant, maintenant Symplify nous aide énormément. Envoyer des courriels personnalisés à nos segments de clients avec un design actuel.

Pros

Travailler aux côtés de l'équipe de Symplify permet de gérer efficacement une grande base de données en la mettant constamment à jour. Mieux segmenter les différentes clientèles cibles pour personnaliser nos communications. L'équipe est sympathique, efficace et professionnelle.

Cons

Je n'ai rien de négatif à mentionner, que du positif.

Tout suite en commençant chez Sobeys, j'ai dû travailler avec ce système sans avoir aucune connaissance auparavant. C'était facile à comprendre pour une nouvelle employée. J'ai regardé aussi de rencontres enregistrées qui m'ont été fortes utiles. Les gens du support technique répondent rapidement à mes courriels et à mes questions. Ils sont toujours là pour nous offrir leur aide.

Pros

Le système est très conviviale et facile à s'approprier. J'aime les grandeurs des blocs et des images. L'option test est parfaite pour voir les infolettres avant de les envoyer!

Cons

Les changements de couleurs de fois ne fonctionnent pas si on prenne une copie d'une infolettre qu'on a envoyée.

Pros

The support, if you have a question we know that there is our project manager who he will support and help you for the success of the project

Cons

That's for some expectations, it is an obligation to have support because is too complicated. so you feel that the software misses some functionality and has limits for the user.
