I'm really bad at sales and most is cold prospecting. Tho I learned to get used to it and make relevant offers to potentials customers.
Doesn't work after every update. Email warmer sucks, and sending doesn't even work.
Eventually they told me that their provider had told them to tell me to double-check my settings. That was their solution; terrible customer service.
No major issues but CRM integration is not fully rolled out.

Overall: Overall very happy with the product. The development Team is constantly updating it.
Pros: We've been using sales.rocks for some time now on a regular basis. The lead generation feature is great, allows us to access business emails based on a set of filters. Email verification is great too (verify emails, duplicates,etc..) It's easy to create emails and track stats. We use the mail warmer as well.
Cons: The ui/ux can be improved. Maybe better integration between lists and emails

Overall: I like sales rocks and it works!
Pros: Sales rocks scrapes the entire linkedin base and combines other database to create their unique prospect database. Combined with my own scraped lists, I can not possibly use up all their quota in a month. Really high quality database for b2b & high ticket b2c.
Cons: Some ui/ux is really interestingly placed and I had to get support from the community to find out how to use certain features. Support is slightly slow for pacific time zone, understandably it's a company from another time zone.

Pros: Contact and company search is brilliant due to the huge variety of filters in the product. I haven't seen a competitor that offers this level of filtering. Find leads is easy.
Cons: Setting up my email outreach required integration that was too complex for me. Fortunately I was able to work with the support team who sorted it for me (for a small fee)
