Overall very happy with the product. The development Team is constantly updating it.

Pros

We've been using sales.rocks for some time now on a regular basis. The lead generation feature is great, allows us to access business emails based on a set of filters. Email verification is great too (verify emails, duplicates,etc..) It's easy to create emails and track stats. We use the mail warmer as well.

Cons

The ui/ux can be improved. Maybe better integration between lists and emails

I like sales rocks and it works!

Pros

Sales rocks scrapes the entire linkedin base and combines other database to create their unique prospect database. Combined with my own scraped lists, I can not possibly use up all their quota in a month. Really high quality database for b2b & high ticket b2c.

Cons

Some ui/ux is really interestingly placed and I had to get support from the community to find out how to use certain features. Support is slightly slow for pacific time zone, understandably it's a company from another time zone.

Pros

Nothing that's worth noting. It was just a waste of time

Doesn't work after every update Email warmer sucks, and sending doesn't even work.

The Email Warmer is a new feature, that we have just started developing a couple of months ago, and since it was in the BETA phase we were expecting a lot of bugs (it was kind of a new thing for us as well, so we tried to put in our hearts in support and dedication to fixing the issues for each user individually). Amazing, truly great.

Pros

It's super easy to set up and to use, and it provides great results. truly recommend it for every sales person.

Cons

It is still in progress which could be seen as a bad thing, on the other hand it also shows a lot of potential and it will get better and better over time.

Overall, I found Sales.Rocks to be a superb product that is improving every quarter. The team take on feedback and implement changes quickly.I'm looking forward to v3 launching soon.

Pros

Contact and company search is brilliant due to the huge variety of filters in the product. I haven't seen a competitor that offers this level of filtering. Find leads is easy.

Cons

Setting up my email outreach required integration that was too complex for me. Fortunately I was able to work with the support team who sorted it for me (for a small fee)

### "Sales are really smoother with this tool"

I have to admint. I'm really bad at sales and most is cold prospecting. Tho I learned to get used to it and make relevant offers to potentials customers. Currently I'm targeting smaller business that need digital services. And sales rocks really finds even the small business players even tho the search function is for my taste really...unintuitive. Maybe I'm just not used to cold prospecting and that's the only way. Either way... Sales.rocks helped me get my sales game on par. Cheers

Pros

\- big database of countries for my EU market - regular updated database - sales workflow is supported by inbuilt extra features

Cons

\- the Interface may looks premium but the click experience is somewhat sloppy - It hard to find companies that don't have the exact keyword when searching by keywords - the results seem to differ if only one tiny search term or tag is used differently so much that it throws 0 search results - some companies are permanently closed and still listed tho this is only a minor issure

### "Large B2B contact database with email sending capacity"

Pros

Sales.Rocks has a huge database of B2B contacts. You can search contacts or companies via a combination of many filters including: location, business activities/industry/NACE codes, tech stack, size, contact info etc. These filters can be saved and shared between your team or kept private.It shows the number of matches and you can "unlock" however many you desire and add them to lists and export.I purchased Sales.Rocks to source leads but there is an inbuilt email and Linkedin drip campaign builder within the platform. This is something I still need to take a look at but all the features you'd want seem to be there.

Cons

The Chrome extension is kinda slow and after clicked you have to click another button to "confirm" your search.

For a sales manager tasked with outreaching to companies in the Netherlands, I was looking for info on targeted companies and contact options for potentials. The search option is fast and they have direct contact info of potential leads including phone number and an email, which is great because I can contact them directly.

No big issues that I have encountered.

Nice and simplistic design, compared to the older sales apps I have used in the past

Cons

It's lacking coverage in some industries, a shortfall of companies in a few industries. Perhaps it's natural

Pros

I was looking for Dutch contacts for hire. Found great info on high potential employees. The info was easy to find and export.

Cons

It would be great if the platform had Salesforce integration. It would be much easier to export the company lists directly to our CRM, instead of exporting and importing manually.

### "Fell short of expectations"

Pros

It can work well for cold outreach purposes. It saves time when trying to sell in a B2B scheme.

Cons

I had planned to buy a lifetime deal but the automated e-mail campaigns never worked. I asked them for support and it took ages for them to reply. Eventually they told me that their provider had told them to tell me to double-check my settings. That was their solution; terrible customer service.

Based on a recommendation, our sales team decided to try it out, so far so good. Nice country coverage and affordable price options.

Cons

No major issues but CRM integration is not fully rolled out. Would've liked to have Hubspot integration.

We were trialling Sales.Rocks to see whether it can help us with our new prospecting strategy. What especially stood out was the service and attention you get from the Sales.Rocks staff. This is key in the adoption of th eproduct

Pros

I like the ease of use of finding companies in specific market segments. The UI is refreshing and has almost no learning curve. Also, the usage based pricing makes it accessible also for smaller organisations, something which competitors lack.

Cons

We were specifically looking for a tool that also provides contact information. At the moment of testing, this was still in beta (in The Netherlands). So,, we did not find enough of this at the moment of testing.

Reason for choosing Sales.Rocks

We finally did not choose Sales Rocks over the alternative products. We went for a contract with Sales Navigator, which is a lot more expensive but also has more of the features on our requirements list. In time, however, i expect Sales.Rocks to meet that level.

The software really can be really helpful for businesses that need access to a large database of companies all over the world.

Pros

Company search filters are really powerful. It is really easy to find a company that fits your needs, be it for partner purposes, or as potential clients.

Cons

Sales Rocks is pretty amazing overall. It could use some additional work in the UI department. I have to add that this is not a dealbreaker. Considering it's a relatively new product, I believe they will improve it in the future.

The Company Search is great. It gives out results fast and you can set up the data export in just a few clicks to your CRM.

Pros

It is great that they have plenty of CRM integration options available. We use ZOHO CRM currently and it makes the data export much faster and easier. They also support data export directly to Zapier which is nice to have if you’re a Zapier user.

Cons

Company search has a great system in place with lots of filtering options. It is great for better data segmentation. But since we mostly need company data in bulk, it can be a bit too overwhelming setting up the filtering.
