Seit 2023 nutzen wir OVOS play als unser zentrales Tool für Pre- & Onboarding sowie für Training & Development. Die Plattform bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten, Lerninhalte abwechslungsreich durch Texte, Bilder sowie Audio- und Videodateien zu gestalten. Besonders überzeugt uns die moderne, ansprechende Benutzeroberfläche, die klar strukturiert und intuitiv bedienbar ist. Dadurch finden sich sowohl Administrator\*innen als auch Lernende schnell zurecht und können effizient mit den Inhalten arbeiten.

Pros

Die Lernplattform überzeugt besonders durch die spielerischen Elemente wie Quizze, die das Lernen deutlich motivierender und abwechslungsreicher machen. Dadurch bleibt man länger dran und die Inhalte prägen sich nachhaltiger ein. Sehr positiv finde wir auch die kurzen, kompakten Lernmodule, die sich ideal in den Arbeitsalltag integrieren lassen. Zudem ermöglicht die flexible Nutzung auf Smartphone, Tablet oder Desktop ein orts- und zeitunabhängiges Lernen – perfekt für zwischendurch oder unterwegs.

Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit ovos play ist sehr positiv. Die App ist benutzerfreundlich, modern gestaltet und macht durch die interaktiven Elemente Spaß in der Nutzung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support: Wenn man Hilfe benötigt, erhält man sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung, was ich als äußerst angenehm und professionell empfinde.

Pros

Ovos play überzeugt mich vor allem durch die klare, benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche und die interaktiven Inhalte. Die Kombination aus Lernen und spielerischen Elementen sorgt für Abwechslung und Motivation.

Cons

Mir sind bisher keine größeren Nachteile aufgefallen – ich bin gespannt auf zukünftige Weiterentwicklungen.

Unsere guterjob App vermittelt Unternehmenskultur, Werte und Wissen auf interaktive, ansprechende Weise, ersetzt die klassische Willkommensmappe durch eine digitale Entdeckungsreise und stärkt von Beginn an Bindung, Motivation und Integration. Diese Form der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit durfte ich mit dem Team von ovos play Wien sehr positiv erleben. In unserer Kooperation wurden Emotionen, Kreativität, unterschiedliche Blickwinkel, Strategien, Erfahrungen und Kostenfaktoren so professionell gebündelt, dass eine transparente, effiziente und zielorientierte Planung jederzeit möglich war. So entstand Raum für Innovation, die unseren Lehrlingen, Ausbilder: innen Mitarbeiter: innen langfristig zugutekommt.

Als Partner ist ovos play für uns eine große Bereicherung. Gemeinsam konnten wir zahlreiche neue Lerninhalte entwickeln und umsetzen, die zum Lernerfolg unserer Lehrlinge und Mitarbeiter:innen beitragen. Diese Frage ist nicht leicht zu beantworten, da man naturgemäß oft die eigene Perspektive in den Mittelpunkt stellt. In jedem Projekt gibt es Missverständnisse oder Momente, in denen nicht alles wie geplant verläuft. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch, dass ovos play mit uns jederzeit offen und transparent kommuniziert hat. Herausforderungen wurden angesprochen, ohne sie in den Vordergrund zu rücken, stattdessen lag der Fokus stets auf konstruktiven Lösungen und dem gemeinsamen Ziel.

Wir nutzen Ovosplay vorrangig zum Preboarding und Onboarding und aktuell immer intensiver zur Schulung unserer bestehenden Mitarbeiter als interaktive Lernplattform. Hierfür bietet Ovosplay umfangreiche Funktionen in Form von Text, Bilder, Audiodateien und Videodateien. Die Oberfläche ist optisch modern und sehr ansprechend sowie intuitiv leicht verständlich.

Pros

Die Erstellung von Decks, die News Feed Funktion und die Darstellung der Quizz Auswertungen/Ranglisten. Die moderne grafische Umsetzung, die zudem qualitativ hochwertig und ohne jegliche Verzerrung, Verpixelung und dergleichen umgesetzt wird.

Cons

Die Auswertungen, Reports sind ausbaufähig, wurde bereits im heutigen Gespräch erwähnt. Mehr Einfluss auf das Layout auch ohne Grafik-Vorkenntnisse nach einfachem Baukasten-Prinzip wäre wünschenswert, um mehr Einfluss auf die optische Darstellung zu haben, wie z.B. Textgröße bei Überschriften, Rahmengröße von Textrahmen, Textfarbe, Reihenfolge der Platzierung von Text und Bild/Audio/Video.

Wir bei Fill betreiben mithilfe der Ovos App Mitarbeiterakquise, indem wir Menschen Wissen über Digitalisierung und Technik in unserem Haus näher bringen und durch Wissen Interesse schaffen.Ein Vorteil der Ovos App für unsere Zwecke ist die Kontaktmöglichkeit zu den Teilnehmern. Und durch die Gamification Interesse schaffen zu können.

Pros

Die Vielfältigen Möglichkeiten des Einsatzes der App gibt einem die Chance lernen Abwechslungsreich und Spaßig zu gestalten.Der Kundenservice ist meiner Meinung nach einer der Besten.Das Weiterentwickeln der App und erschaffen neuer Möglichkeiten ist mit Ovos einfach und spannend.

Cons

Ein flüssigerer Übergang von verschiedenen Inhalten wäre eine tolle Erweiterung.Ein Beispiel dafür wäre der Live 2.0 Modus, hier wäre ein Übergang zwischen Lerninhalten (Decks) und Präsentation inklusive Zeit Funktion ein wahrer Mehrgewinn.

The benefit of using ovos play for us: - we are able to build a solid foundation for scaling up our business (digitizing parts of our business) - we are able to offer a digitized version of our expertise in training and supporting companies on topics like: developing social competences as well as developing corporate cultural excellence - through ovos play we support the effectiveness and sustainability of our work with our clients - we are able to reach all employees within a company and therefore having a higher impact on the efficiency of organizational and cultural development at our clients. - and so on...

Pros

There are several features you can use in terms of building a user friendly web-application and creating a great playful-learning-user-experience. ovos play is easy to use and supports our company in making the first and next steps in digitizing our business. The integration with our existing business worked very well. The support of the ovos team within this process was and is incredible. ovos play is a great partner for companies in terms of creating a playful learning experience and building awareness for certain topics within the workplace or elsewhere.

Cons

I do like all of it. There is always room for developing new features, which the ovos play team is doing on a daily base anyway. They are open to feedback and they take things into considerations for further developments. For what we need right now, its the perfekt fit. A little bit more design-customizing would have been great in our case but honestly, that's not a Con, it's more a preference.

ovos play was and is a perfect match from the beginning till now. The ovos play team is supportive and friendly as well as highly competent in the field. We experienced a nice event, Friday lunch, with parts of the team and felt very welcome. The people we met are curious, supportive and open minded and we are grateful for having a partner like ovos play. Great team behind the scenes. Great tool.

Vergleich bzw. Wettkampf mit den anderen Usern Aufbereitung der Inhalte bezüglich Layout und Usability sehr schön umsetzbar

Dass alle Kapitel gleichzeitig freigeschalten werden. Ein weiterer Gamification-Faktor wäre es, wenn man neue Kapitel/Lernwelten/Level im Fortschritt erreicht. Wäre ein weiteres Erfolgserlebnis beim User.

Haben mit ovos play sehr erfolgreich österreichische Versicherungsvermittler auf neue regulatorische Anforderungen vorbereitet und damit wesentlich zur Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben im Bereich Versicherungsberatung und Datenschutz beigetragen.

Pros

Integration von Gamification Elementen zur Wissensvermittlung (Quizzing, Leaderboard etc.) ist toll gelöst. Plattform bietet alle marktgängigen features, ist dennoch nicht überladen und sehr einfach zu bedienen.

Wir können bestehenden Content leicht verwenden und die sozialen Funktionen helfen dabei, an den Themen "dran zu bleiben". Die Anbindung an bestehende Systeme geht leicht.

Cons

Navigation und Login manchmal nicht gleich "selbsterklärend", funktioniert aber im Prinzip gut.

Ovos Play wird von Studierenden zur Vorbereitung auf Online-Klausuren zu komplexen Themen, mittels unterschiedlicher Fragetypen, eingesetzt. Der Lernerfolg konnte dadurch eindeutig gesteigert, der Lernaufwand eindeutig reduziert werden.

Pros

Individualisiertes Lernen entwickelt sich und wird unterstützt durch die integrierten Algorithmen. Spaß macht den Studierenden das Duellieren mit Studienkollegen über die Quiz-Funktion. Kreative Gestaltung der Lernkarten und Übernehmen in die unterschiedlichen Funktionen durch Administrator ist einfach und unkompliziert. Integrieren von Bildern und Videos klappt einwandfrei. Funktioniert auf allen Devices.

Cons

Nachteile wurden mir von den Studierenden keine genannt, aus Sicht des Administrators kann ich ebenfalls keine anführen.
