It's a superb service overall. It is reliable and does what it should for a good price. Very happy with the service.

Pros

It’s a great service overall. Its biggest strength is how simple it is to use, configure and get started with. It also includes all the monitoring you need for a website in one place. Notifications can be sent to the channels we want, which is really convenient. It’s also very cheap for what you get.

Cons

I wish there were more settings for certain things. I also don’t like how you get spammed every hour with notifications about things that aren’t critical. And when you snooze from Slack, it snoozes everything, so you might miss something more important that happens during your snooze time.

Good options to skip certain alerts, which are may not of itnerest at a moment. Ways to snooze or even skip alerts when maintenance is on. So its customizable but not too overwhelming with just tons of preferences.

Pros

Great Tools beside the default monitoring service. Customer support is good. Nice User Interface. I could get out metrics to present to my customers and was rewarded with new efforts they pay for.

Cons

To control a URL with different languages. Maybe I miss the right configuration or guidance to do so.

Pros

It has a really sleek interface compared to the competition. It is just really nice to use. Also I like the feature set. It as everything you need, both for websites and for individual services. Oh, and it is super reliable.

Cons

Not much to dislike. It is a very focused tool doing a job really well. The only thing is that the integrations for PHP seem to be better then the ones for TS or Python. But that has not been a problem for us.

Great tool written by a well-respected software house. I have over 100 websites monitored on it and it works well.

Pros

Replaces several services with one integrated offering. Really good for PHP based frameworks like Laravel and CraftCMS but can work with anything. Love the regular Lighthouse reports to monitor ,movements in front-end performance over time.

Cons

I've had some weird false positives but to be honest it happens with all monitoring applications. It's also a little pricey but you get what you pay for :)

It's a clean and easy to use service which doesn't require technical know-how to set up and is perfect for webdesigners maintaining a few client's pages. It's not complicated and just works! I really really like it!

Pros

This design is super user-friendly and easy to navigate. Adding a page is a breeze, and the notifications are quick and easy to understand. If you use multiple pages, the price is reasonable and can easily be added to a web maintenance service for your customers. The support is quick to respond and friendly.

Cons

I wish there was an option to just have a single page to check which was a little more cheap. (2 - 5 € / month)
