Ein benutzerdefiniertes Zertifikat erhöht nochmal die Akzeptanz bei der Nutzung der Plattform. Pros Mir gefällt der Aufbau, wie sich Schulungsinhalte in Kurse und anschließend in Kapitel und einzelne Module einteilen lassen. Die Nutzung von Videos, Texten, Bildern, PDFs ermöglicht uns die verschiedenen Darstellungen der Inhalte. Cons Ich würde mir wünschen, wenn bei der Anmeldung auch Microsoft 365 Business Konten genutzt werden können als eigene extra Logins. Es wäre auch überlegenswert Google Workspace Logins mitzuverwenden. Das vereinfacht das Einloggen und man vergisst keine Passwörter mehr. Nicht in allen Fällen, aber bei der Mehrzahl meiner Kunden wurde diese Leistung angenommen. Dadurch konnte ich einen spürbaren Zusatznutzen schaffen, der sich mittlerweile auch finanziell sehr positiv auswirkt. Blink.it ist für mich eine tolle Lernplattform mit digitalen Kursen und zugleich eine wertvolle Dokumentationsplattform: Meine Kunden können über mehrere Jahre hinweg Programme und Seminare jederzeit abrufen, nachvollziehen und als Referenz nutzen. Das ist insbesondere beim Onboarding neuer Führungskräfte ein großer Vorteil, weil Inhalte und Lernpfade nicht verloren gehen. So ist die Wirkung der Programme langfristig besser gesichert. Da die Anzahl meiner Kurse mittlerweile stark gewachsen ist, wünsche ich mir im Dashboard eine Möglichkeit, Kurse zu ordnen und zu clustern; etwa nach Kunden oder Themen. Das würde den Überblick deutlich erleichtern. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich hingegen die Duplizierfunktion: Kurse zu kopieren ist sehr einfach und spart in der Vorbereitung viel Zeit. Viele Kurse durfte ich in blink.it bereits aufbauen und auch ein Shopsystem habe ich angeschlossen, dadurch war unser Training 24/7 erreichbar. Was mich am meisten begeistert ist der Support von blink.it, es wird einem immer geholfen und auch lösungsorientierte Vorschläge präsentiert. Pros Blink.it ist einfach und intuitiv gestaltet. Viele Teilnehmer finden sich sehr leicht zurecht und auch der Aufbau der Kurse ist sehr verständlich und ermöglicht einen schnelle Bearbeitung. Auch der Support ist immer schnell und hilfreich zur Hand. Jede gute Lösung hat auch Nachteile, aber im Gesamten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hier für meine Zwecke am günstigsten (ich habe nicht allzuviele Kurse, deshalb ist der Automatisierungsteil und das Community Management weniger wichtig gewesen. Das war bei Memberspot z.B. eindeutig mit mehr Möglichkeiten ausgestattet. ich bevorzuge allerdings einfache Handhabung. Viele unserer Kunden nutzen das Weiterbildungstools an ihrem Arbeitsplatz bei Banken und Versicherungen. Hier gab es in der Vergangenheit oft Probleme mit der Firewall. Auch die gab es bei blink.it nie. Von daher können wir die Plattform nur empfehlen. Pros Wie einfach und selbsterklärend sich neue Teilnehmer an Onlinekursen auf der Plattform zurecht finden und ohne Rückfragen klar kommen. Blink.it funktioniert einfach. Es gibt keine Ausfälle, keine Hänger und keine Emails, die im Spam landen. Einfach perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Es ist ziemlich bescheiden, wenn man bis hierher ausgefüllt hat und dann nicht weiter kommt, da es Learn Head nicht in eurer Datenbank gibt. Learn Head ging insolvent und gibt es nicht mehr. Sehr selten mussten wir den Support in Anspruch nehmen, auch hier, tolle Reaktionszeit, super freundliche und schnelle Hilfe. Perfekt sind auch die Lernvideos, die Bereit gestellt werden, sie sind sehr hilfreich.
