Pros: The flexibility to capture our compliance requirements across a range of areas and streamline the collection process

Cons: It is hard to find areas that are wrong with the software - we have found things we want to use it more for, and the development team are very receptive and quick to meet our requirements.

Overall: We sort all of our quality auditing with 1Place which has saved significant operational and admin time in not dealing with multiple entry of paper based checklists. It also increases our speed to action for comments made by our clients, and the inclusion of professionally formatted reports and the inclusion of photos has been a great boost for our delivery.
