Tempo has eased the burden of data collection whenever i need to better understand why my team may be behind schedule.

Pros

The ability to slice, dice, and create metrics to understand trends is really helpful.

Cons

I would love to be able to automate report generation so that i can receive weekly updates across programs and resources

Plan and Scheduling Resources and tracking time is most important features of Tempo foe us.

Cons

Overall as these are disintegrated add-ons for Atlassian, dependability on other inputs makes it troublesome to learn

Pros

It’s easy to use. Our company had some big troubles when measuring time spending on different activities. Tempo has given us the possibility to charge our clients every minute we spend on them.

Issues specific time logs. The other feature is export but it lacks the time log approval workflow.

Timesheet is quite good. Easy to log work, perfect integration with JIRA, Google calendar, slack. And we are using all those tools.

Pros

The way we manage project is quite different to a software company. But we feel it so convinient when log work, log task

Cons

there should have some generic works which is not in any project. For example: Outstation, Training, Leave, meeting, sales,etc. I have to create a General task project just to have this work for enduser to log.

Reason for choosing Tempo Timesheets

After the trial, we just feel it can fit our requirements.

Simple for end user Management of Account is interesting

Cons

Cannot select jira projects on which tempo is used (I want only Tempo to be available on selected projects). Confusion between Jira worklog and Tempo worklog (if you enter Jira worklog you can submit more than 8h even if you specify the maximum to 8h) It is not possible to have teams working 8h and teams working 10h per day

Reason for choosing Tempo Timesheets

Price is OK Engineers use Jira on day to day (so they will have only one interface to learn).

Pros

We are not using all the functionalities yet, only registration of time and that works like a charm in the Android APP

Cons

Not that easy to use in Jira cloud. Some times it doesn't work. Could be a Jira issue It is not possible to integrate to Office 365 calendar
