Pros This is the best platform to find a Lender. I have used it few times and it's so much easier than going and calling bankers or going to hard money lenders etc. The platform is so simple and very easy to fill. I had over 20 views in 2 days and 10 bankers replied and out of those 3 gave me great rate of 5% with only .5 point. You only need to send your confidentials documents to the banks you choose. Absolutely love this platform and i Highly recommend this then to go to banks and hard money lenders. Cons So far I have used this software for months and I can't find a flaw in it.
