Simple and intuitive to use, supports multiple users, and provides accurate, reliable tracking. The app is consistently dependable and makes mail tracking feel modern and efficient for today’s workplace. If you want it to sound more casual or more professional, I can tweak the tone.

Cons

Pros

It's very easy to setup, works smoothly, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Simple design makes it useful in many settings/applications.

Cons

Some features not available that may be coming soon. Currently no integration with common messaging platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack.

Pros

Very easy to use, very user friendly. Captures an image of the package you are scanning in for later reference if you have a lot of packages on hand. Allows for a large number of users and recipients.

Cons

Does not sync well between all users' devices and will show radically different numbers. No easy way to do any sort of package audit if you have packages in the system that were picked up but not scanned out of the app.

Overall, Parcel Tracker is a great app. Customer service is excellent. They are very proactive by calling or emailing to check in on you.

Pros

The app is easy to use. We have employees who are not tech savvy and have been able to use it without a problem.

Cons

There wasn't anything I disliked except it wasn't easy to use offline if you don't have cell service or wifi. We were supposed to be able to upload when we had service.

We use to track our packages manually and this has made that process so efficient. I would highly recommend if need to track incoming office packages. It's easy to scan a package, for the recipient to be notified and for them to check out the package on the iPad.

Pros

Very user friendly software. Easy to set up recipients. For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues. I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.

Cons

Sometimes the android app is glitchy but this has always be resolved right away. Other than that, no issues.

It is a very efficient app to use in a mail room. It keeps records secure and helps to prove delivery.

Pros

I use Parcel Tracker every day at work. It replaced our outdated hand written recording postal system. PT is far more accurate and secure. The ease of masking entries on a mobile phone to record and photo the parcels makes life a lot easier. It also gives you something to refer back to if a parcel is reported lost - you can prove you have delivered it from the photo!

Cons

At first I thought using the phone to record parcels would be slower than handwriting, but once you get used to it, it is just as quick. It also outweighs handwritten records, in that you can actually read what has been written!

Pros

Once you know how to use the software it makes my workload easier though out the day, when receiving packages.

Cons

It make my job easier. It sends instant emails to recipients all you need to do is use the app and take picture of the barcode to check in and out.

I love it. Having a secure system which has a relative low cost But we are able to process many student parcels in an efficient way. The Students are happier knowing there parcel has arrived and they can come to reception at a convenient time which suites their needs

Pros

simple process to use this ap to confirm parcel delivery to 270 international students in the accommodation. It makes our job simpler by securing parcels quickly and sending an automatic email to the student that they have a parcel at reception. easy to understand by our international students. and it makes them happier that they don't need to keep coming to reception looking for a parcel.

Cons

The list of possible recipients on most parcels it goes directly On a few it goes to a default name. But its easy enough to search the correct name

In general, it is a great experience from the administrator stand point and from the user point of view.

Pros

It is a great platform since it allows us as a management company to keep track of all packages. It has also minimized complains from residents.

Cons

Their costumer service wasnt the best. Also, it doesnt have the feature yet to send individual invitation invites to our residents in case we get a new move in or in case they missed their initial invite.

WE have had only great feedback from our staff and customers regarding this product. We would not go back to our old system, and I highly recommend Parcel Tracker to anybody who handles many parcels as part of their work process.

Pros

Very easy to use, very easy to train the staff on, very reliable and very speedy, it has coots down tremendously on the work required to handle our parcels compared to our system which was highly manual, it is a no brainer!

Cons

There are no cons to this system, it is very efficient and accurate.

Really good app to use, easy to train staff with. Less likely of losing parcels on site. So easy for the residents to show a QR code and scan to locate the parcel.

Pros

The digital log of each parcel for residents is really useful, knowing if we still have a parcel or the resident has collected it is a great feature especially when we are queried about them. It's really simple to use and fast compared to our old process.

Cons

We had a bulk upload of main residents which is great, although when we have one off short stays it can be a little bit annoying as these residents won't be on the system and we would only know by human knowledge (only criticism).

Our experience has been great. The team behind Parcel Tracker have been a pleasure to work with and are the sort of open-minded individuals who take the time to understand what our specific needs are. They are also incredibly efficient in handling any issues when they arise, implementing quick fixes with no need for follow-up.

Pros

This software has completely streamlined our process, freeing up time for our front-of-house teams, as well as providing our residents with a quick and easy parcel collection process. It is very intuitive meaning it can be implemented and trained out quickly with little disruption to daily operational processes.

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike, however there is probably scope for additional tools... But I know Deepfinity are already looking at these.

Reason for choosing Parcel Tracker Mailroom

Other solutions were considered, but they lacked the technological infrastructure when compared to Parcel Tracker. The team behind Parcel Tracker also demonstrated a number of attributes that meant they were the sort of company we wanted to partner with, namely: they're a forward thinking company with an entrepreneurial streak married with sector understanding and professionalism.

### "Perfect for Small Apartment Building with Concierge Service"

Good overall product and does what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Real people with real answers and not some BOT.

Pros

Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us. We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

Cons

Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

Overall this software is excellent, it saves a lot of time, is very easy to use and gives you much more time to do other work. If they can just work it to recognise names a little bit better this would be a perfect product!

Pros

It is very easy to use, the user interface is good and it takes you minutes to learn what you need to do before you can start logging parcels. It emails residents automatically so all you need to do is scan the parcel and wait for the resident to come and collect it. You can get through stacks of parcels in minutes, this is saving me so much time I can now use to do other work. Collection is also very easy, the resident brings their QR code to you which will have been automatically sent to their email, you scan it and collect their package. Residents only have to sign once if they agree to this so this makes things even easier and very Covid friendly as you do not need to get multiple people to constantly touch the same device.

Cons

My only negative with this software is it does tend to struggle a lot with recognising international names. I often have to enter the room number or name manually to find the resident I need is these cases. It is very easy to find people manually so this is not a big problem but it can be a little frustrating sometimes.

Very happy, it does it's job and nothing more, it does what it needs to do and it does it with around 75% accuracy. I enjoy the simple and well designed interface as well as the active development and detailed data exports.

Pros

It keeps track of what I have and who has collected what and when. Great for Student accommodations and accusations of missing post as we can provide a real-time tine-line of the students collections. It also takes pictures when it recognizes a barcode. These pictures help greatly with locating and identifying missing packages.

Cons

The developer keeps changing how the scanner works, breaking it, often it struggles recognizing the code and therefore not taking the valuable picture. Some sites have the ability to take a picture of the package regardless of the barcode. I really like that feature.

\- really useful to scan in large amounts of post- swift, accurate & organised- great photo facility to differentiate between different items

Cons

\- would love it if you could amend the notifcation email as it always says "parcel" even if it is a letter- sometimes causes confusion - synching between multiple mobile devices/system is sometimes slow causing glitches in data

Super! I've been using their platform for nearly a year and will 100% be renewing the contract so I can continue using it.

Pros

The support team at Parcel Tracker are some of the most helpful people I've interacted with especially when relying on their product on a daily basis. The team helped me and guided me through their honestly very streamlined setup process to make sure I was happy and then whenever I have questions about features they are there to help (which are very few tbh).

Cons

tbh there's not many cons about the software. it's very straight forwards to use and the teams doing a great job of rolling out and communicating new features

Pros

Being able to automatically scan parcels, instead of having to individually write out each parcel that was delivered has made such a positive impact - it has made it a lot more efficient and less time consuming when having to deal with parcels. The integration process was incredibly easy, after create a list of names, rooms and email address, just being able to import it all in was very easy.

Cons

We have had a couple of issues in which an email hadn't been sent out to the recipient, or the parcel wasn't scanning at all, but there was always a work around for this.
