The use of Parcel tracker at the student accommodation where I work saves me a lot of time handling the large volume of parcels received daily thereby giving me extra time for other tasks.

Pros

I love the ease with which parcel can be scanned in, held and scanned out. The QR code sent as a notifier is an added level of security to ensure parcels are only collected by authorised individuals. Integration with our existing business process was also seamless.

Cons

The App tends to update frequently. Even though the updates do not take long to complete, it will be nice if the frequency is reduced.

The ability to trace the parcels, the safe aspect of handling it daily. Environment safe and friendly, less paper less mistakes.

Cons

The uploading of rooms location - A suggestion - a reminder to the residents send vie the software to remind them of the collection.

The most helpful thing about this app is the speed you can use it at. One or multiple parcels can be logged in a matter of seconds, and also collected in the same timeframe.

Cons

Sometimes the app detects the wrong recipient name.

Cons

There aren't any real cons to the product, any point of improvement the team have had have been fed back to the team and they have been taken on by the parcel tracker development team.

Can't be simpler. For building managers, it means making efficient the process of internal delivery. For the office, tenants mean getting your parcel always delivered on time as soon as it arrives in the building.

Pros

Parcel Tracker is a simple to use, no brainer solution for everyone who wants to get their parcel delivered at their desk! A very simple to navigate interface that helps saving time and maximise efficiency in lobbies and reception area in any building from large corporates to small business. A tool that will change the way we experience parcel delivery

Cons

As there is always room for improvements, I believe this app got it right at the first shot!

Very positive, will recommend to property managers in residential and beyond. It's a plug and play solution which we'll continue using and saving time for our facilities teams.

Pros

Exceptional speed of set up and on-boarding was easy regardless of the size of the block, support from the team, pricing. Great app as well, and very straightforward for personnel to use. Convenient recipient upload and removal functionality, making the move in/move out management and upkeeping of resident logs very swift.

Cons

We have not found any faults with the system, and even when we had ideas or requests of new features, the team had added this to their pipeline.

Outstanding. Our concierge staff love how efficient their job has become., and the back-end admin tools are great.

Pros

SMS capabilities in Australia, pricing, and general ease of use --by both admins and on-site staff-- make Parcel Tracker a clear winner for us.

Cons

Our only nitpicks with design and customisability, which Parcel Tracker have always been to listen to thus far.

Reason for choosing Parcel Tracker Mailroom

Parcel Tracker was one of the only products that had SMS capability in Australia, and they were the most reasonable.

Pros

This app is absolutely superb! Really easy to set up, can track our highest levels of parcel arrivals, and the students love it

Cons

My only issue would be that sometimes the light gets in the way of scanning a barcode but it’s usually quite easy to resolve!

Smooth and easy scanning, saves time, very easy to use

Pros

Great to use in student accommodation as it is easy to use, quick, and makes our job easier. Barcode students receive in an email is a great way for us just to scan it and see which parcel we need to give them.

Cons

No issues with app, very easy to use. it would be good if signature was required for each parcel collected instead of just signing the first time

Starting from the moment of making contact via their website, all the way to the implementation of the app, the overall experience was very good. Each and every single query was answered almost immediately and efficiently.

Pros

The thing I like the most about this product is its ease of use. The entire interface is very easy to follow right from the set up until the moment you start using it. We get about 600-800 packages a month so the functions of actually being able to look up the picture of the package itself comes in very handy.

Cons

So far I haven't found anything regarding this product that we don't like.

Time saving and easy to use. Our customers have noted the difference since using Parcel tracker.

Pros

This app and the web based platform are incredibly easy to use. Parcels can be logged, tracked and notifications sent to customers within seconds and saves our business huge amounts of time.

Cons

So far I have nothing negative to say about Parcel tracker. Even when we had a small problem in the first day of use, Parcel tracker were quick to resolve.

Overall, it made it easier and faster to get through hundreds of parcels a day

Pros

The fact we can take a picture of the parcel and describe if it is damaged. Emailing everyone at once is also very useful, as well as the follow-up feature.

Cons

The integration in the service took a bit of time as the organisational system we had previously did not work with this system and we had to figure out how to organise parcels all over again

Very beneficial for our business and line of work (student accommodation) as it helps log student parcels more accurately and in a more simple and efficient way so deliveries are no longer a headache for the staff!

Pros

Friendly interface, easy to set up and navigate, time saver for parcel tracking for our staff, very useful tool!

Cons

Can freeze sometimes and lag a bit but it's still early days, our teams have just started using it so we'll see!

A great product that has proven time saving and incredibly useful.

Pros

It makes the time consuming task of logging hundreds of parcels a lot more efficient and easy. The user interface is great and has been saving me at least 20 minutes a day.

Cons

The system sometimes fails to recognise a name and match it on the system, but this is an odd occurrence and usually recognises the name on the second try.

I would highly recommend it. it's really improved our system and made it a lot more streamline, it also have very good customer service when you need help.

Pros

It's quick to learn and easy to use. Also you don't have to upload several different people one at a time you can bulk add. It also takes and stores photos of each item it scans.

Cons

It can some times be a bit glitchy and give you the wrong name.

This app is just perfect to save time when having to log parcels and also less possibilities of them going astray.

Pros

This app is just perfect to deal with all parcels: no more folders, no more paper, no more excel worksheets, no more time wasting.

Cons

Maybe if there was a way that we could only scan the parcel once when we have to notify the costumer, that would be even more time saving!
