I couldn't imagine going back to the way that we used to do it. Pros I like how easy it is to use and how much time we save logging in parcels. Pros It makes the job a lot easier when scanning parcels out for people and it is very easy to navigate through the app. Cons The app can sometimes be very buggy and laggy. So I think that is one of the best things, as it has a good quality-price relationship. Pros It is very easy to give up- packages to resident at the moment when they are picked up. Also, it is very reliable to use the system to check if we have packages and the number we have of them. I also have to mention that the system is easy to use Cons It takes some time to update the number of packages that are available for resident to pick up. We just scan the package and the right person instantly knows their package has arrived so they can pick it up right away.
