It is very user friendly and even those employees who are less computer literate are managing to use it with ease. Customers are finding the process so much smoother too. Pros I really like the manual side of the parcel tracker, particularly when we deliver parcels to rooms and we can then sign them out on behalf of the residents. I couldn't imagine going back to the way that we used to do it. Pros I like how easy it is to use and how much time we save logging in parcels. So I think that is one of the best things, as it has a good quality-price relationship. Pros It is very easy to give up- packages to resident at the moment when they are picked up. Also, it is very reliable to use the system to check if we have packages and the number we have of them. I also have to mention that the system is easy to use Cons It takes some time to update the number of packages that are available for resident to pick up.
