Pros: Hero by Vivun has helped us to streamline our presales processes along with providing excellent reporting metrics. We love how seamlessly it is integrated with our Salesforce instance - we have everything we need in one place. Their support team as very attentive and helpful - they are always there when you need help. Finally, they constantly improve the product with new updates and features based on the feedback and help you set all them up too!

Cons: We've had a great experience so far so I can't really think of anything at the moment. Their support team always makes sure you stay up to date with all new releases and updates. Their knowledge articles are easy to follow and they are very detailed in case you have need a quick answer on how to set or update something within the tool.

Keep up a good work, team! Thank you for all the work you do!

Overall: Our Presales processes have become more streamlined and efficient with the Hero app: we now can easily track team member requests, activities, product gaps, and top opportunities based on the tools provided by the app.

In addition, as a Salesforce Admin, I appreciate how easy the setup is - I can change and update workflows and fields based on our team's requirements.

Pros: -Significantly increased salesforce adoption across the organization

-Significantly improved our Solution Engineers abide by sales processes

-Provides great clean data for reports to management to make data driven decisions, increasing organizational alignment, particularly between Sales and Product/Engineering

-Great training and support

Cons: The out of the box dashboards specifically for Lightning needed a little tweaking, but their professional services team took care of that for us. Wouldn't have even brought it up if you weren't required to put an answer in here.
