No geral o sistema é simples de ser usado, não tem muita poluição visual, apenas o que realmente é necessário

Cons

Muitas vezes apresenta instabilidade, o layout do site é simples e remete a ser antigo. Alguns dados são difíceis de serem localizados.

Pros

As informações financeiras são de fácil manuseio e fieis aos lançamentos. As telas são muito intuitivas, embora sejam muitas telas o que torna chato. os relatórios são muito bons, mas normalmente precisam de adaptações de informações (em função da necessidade do cliente), mas as informações são claras. Cobrança e pagamentos eletrônicos funcionam 100%. A conciliação e importação dos extratos bancários são fáceis.

Cons

Existem muitas telas para fazer praticamente a mesma coisa, um exemplo é a liberação de centros de custos para novos usuários, precisa ir em diversas telas para "sincronizar" tudo com o usuário, seria mais fácil se ao criar tudo se relacionasse de forma automática. A parte de orçamento financeiro, seria melhor se pudesse buscar mais contas ao mesmo tempo para fazer as mudanças. Conciliação dos títulos previstos e efetivos precisa de mais melhorias (F501CPE) na parte de marcações, quando você seleciona e processa, o sistema se perde e volta. Existe MUITA intermitência, o sistema (nuvem) cai bastante e é bem instável. É um sistema de difícil parametrização.

No geral o ERP atende bem empresas de pequeno e médio porte, porém, existem integrações e funcionalidades avançadas que o ERP não conta, principalmente em relação ao BPM.

Pros

É um ERP bastante versátil, conta com diversos módulos que possibilitam uma boa gama de funcionalidades e relacionamentos.

Cons

Existem algumas coisas dentro da Senior que não se integram, como por exemplo, o ERP não se integra com o BPM, isso faz muita falta.

Módulos funcionais e que perpassam todo processo da area de gestão de pessoas.

Cons

Implantação muito travada e demorada. A experiência acaba sendo prejudicada porque a ferramenta nunca está 100% pronta.
