Pros

Good live chat widget: I really liked the design, although it isn't perfect Emoji selector: there is a button in the text area to select an emoji to include in a message File attachments: I always like file attachments in live chats. If a customer needs to send you a file or you need to send him a file, you can without any issue!

Cons

A bit static: some elements of the UI or transitions didn't have a proper animation to smoothly change the view Chat button not too much customizable

I have used Chatify as a live chat solution and internal communication tool with good results.

Pros

One of the best things about Chatify is that it offers a built-in team chat that has its own channels, so it ends up being a 2-in-1 tool. The chat widget has a great design and the tool has most features you'd need for live chat support.

Cons

The documentation could be more extensive. The Windows app sometimes crashes and is kind of buggy.

clean UX design, easy to navigate and use, users and admin rights full integration via website sleek and simple

Cons

i like it all, its so easy to navigate open case close case etc brilliant
