"Customers demand transparency while suppliers are inundated with requests..."
Pros: Sustainabill allows us to both report on our own activities and track our supply chain's activity, but the best part is that the requests (many of which are so similar) can be documented once and shared with many. That logic (report your ESG once) is both a big timesaver and drives consistency. Without it, I would spend hours reporting the basically same information in dozens of different requests. Now, I point to our documentation and customers understand that we have put the work in and asked our supply chain to do the same (and it's all in one place).
Cons: It's not a problem with Sustainabill...it's a problem with supplier engagement. Some are happy to report (because they understand and are committed to participate in sustainability initiatives), while others have almost nothing to report. Getting the latter to participate is challenging. Next year (and the year after) will see more and more companies taking ESG seriously and engagement will improve (or those companies will fail to remain relevant within the industry).
"Essential platform!"
Pros: The platform is straight forward to use. The interface ist intuitive and provides very useful data analytic options.
Cons: There is really not much to complain.

Pros: Easy to use platform which allows to quickly complete self assessments and see the sustainability score. We evaulaterd the market and the full set of sustainabill suitet the best. We hat very supportive contact through all phases of implementation! We are happy to communicate our future needs and see the implementation of new features.
Cons: We are very happy right now and are looking forward for additional features.
