That logic (report your ESG once) is both a big timesaver and drives consistency. Without it, I would spend hours reporting the basically same information in dozens of different requests. Now, I point to our documentation and customers understand that we have put the work in and asked our supply chain to do the same (and it's all in one place). Cons It's not a problem with Sustainabill...it's a problem with supplier engagement. Some are happy to report (because they understand and are committed to participate in sustainability initiatives), while others have almost nothing to report. Getting the latter to participate is challenging. Next year (and the year after) will see more and more companies taking ESG seriously and engagement will improve (or those companies will fail to remain relevant within the industry).
