I love how it integrated with GetResponse and automatically syncs the leads to GetResponse. For creating opt-ins and online form, it was generally easy to do. They have a ton of beautiful and well designed templates so you do this effortless and perfectly. Even with a free plan, the available templates are gorgeous. I did not need help in order to navigate through their website or create an opt-in for my website. Cons The lead capture form looked very good on desktop, but when I log in with a mobile device, it doesn't look pleasant. I literally need to scroll down before I can see the lead capture. I think Mailmuch needs to program their templates to appropriately fit the screen of a mobile phone. Apart from that, the software is really good. I was able to talk with one of their customer service reps & he resolved my issue promptly Pros Easy to use & had lot's of options even though I'm on the free plan tier. I used mailmunch as an alternative to paying WIX for the same features. Cons I wish they had an easier way of integrating with WIX, it involves copying code into a custom element insode of the WIX editor Reasons for choosing MailMunch I chose mailmunch because they have a free option that has all of the features I need! Pros Mailmunch is a cost-effective Email Marketing software, which is easy to use as well. I like the ways you can use Mailmunch forms on your Website e.g. as Popover, Topbar, Sidebar, Cover or with an embedded form. Also, they provide the option to integrate these forms with other tools like Keap, Constant Contact, Zapier etc. Mailmunch doesn't seem to have limits for the emails that you send from the Platform either. It was very easy to design, create, and edit my landing page. Sure, there are premium features I would love to have access to, like file downloads, but I'm not ready to purchase a plan. That said, what I get for free is great and works for me right now. When I'm able to afford a paid plan, I think I will go with MailMunch for my email marketing needs too. Cons It would be great if file downloads came with the free version but it's not a deal breaker.
