What I like in the new version is being able to see Recently accessed claims on the dashboard

Locating notes, saving notes w/ attachments takes too many steps

Pros

It is very user friendly, the customer service is very good - quickly responsive - most often issues are resolved quickly!

Cons

Occasionally, as with any software, glitches are not able to be explained as to what caused the issue. Very functional and very user friendly. For a small company, ATS has been very responsive to our needs.
