I feel ref.now has rubbed me up the wrong way a little bit, and has made Barchester Healthcare look like an impatient company (bearing in mind they are in the care industry, I doubt they'd appreciate that)

Pros

It was easy to complete.

Cons

This has a very impatient feel about it for the person receiving the reference request. I would not consider using this product myself because of this as it gives the same impression of the company for whom you are sending the request.
