Pros

The professional references portion gives a thorough overview of qualities that employers would want to be informed about.

Cons

The detail of identifying your present job title was redundant. However, when a human resource employee needs to speak with a referenced person, this is a quick referent.

is an Ease of Use platform which simplifies the process of collecting references, saving time for both candidates and employers.but difficulty in deleting referees, as i have experienced. However, these issues are often resolved with support or guidance from the platform

The facts that i cant delete the referee that i dont need anymore .

Genuinely good though. Makes the whole process really easy and took like maybe 5 minutes.

Pros

Was really quick and simple to use. Easily guided through the stages and had no issues technically either.

Cons

Can't add any extra references where appropriate. Sometimes character references are needed beyond the requirements of 3 years work history cover.

It is straightforward and pretty easy to understand and also easy to navigate different parts of the site.

Cons

The boxes to fill are a bit much. I had to input too many details repeatedly, I think after filling like date of birth, it shouldn’t ask me again.
