My overall experience was very good as it was quick and concise. The clarity of each section made it very easy to complete my references information.

Pros

RefNow was easy to use because the sections and drop down menus were very easy to navigate, making it very efficient.

Cons

There is nothing that I liked least about RefNow. I would recommend it to anyone for its ease of use.

Great experience. A Managed to add my refs very quicky and smoothly. I would definely be happy to use again

Pros

Very detailed and organized setup of webpage and very easy to navigate. Added what i needed to add in less than 5minutes! Brilliant

Cons

Nothing much except the colours of the font and the delete button for deleting refreess is not easy to notice.

Nothing. The easy steps to follow meant that the system was efficient and easy to use and follow. The service was first class.

I thought it would be good if they asked what role your referee currently does, or did, when you worked with them.

I have used refnow to complete a reference for my house move but not aware it can be used for job referencing as well. this is a big time saver and very easy to use. highly recommend
