the Identity check with Yoti but they've helped fix the problem

My over all experience with RefNow is positive as it offers user-friendly and it facilitated streamlined document creation and collaboration effectively.

Pros

I appreciated RefNow user-friendly interface.

Cons

Reflow had a few limitations, such as occasional formatting issues when importing documents, and it required an internet connection to access files.

10/10 I would recommend Ref Now to any recruiter.

Pros

I like the use of Ref Now. You can create the request and simultaneously ask the candidate to input their referee details and Ref Now does all the work. You then get notified when the reference has been returned and this is easy to save.

Cons

Cost - I prefer using the free version of Ref Now for the ease of function.

Is there a cost? If there is a cost then it would be easier to use a system that has already been set up - I would suggest at least 2 months free trial.
