The platform has the capability of the above-mentioned features. A few more features that could be included in the manager's dashboard are the IDP of the team member, manager being able to assign from the resources, comments post development review etc. Overall it is satisfactory in meeting the basic requirements. Pros I have used the product for surveys, Individual development plans and incorporated customization as and when required. The experience of the product and the support team has been good. The resource section also seamlessly links with the learning modules, and articles available in the internal learning platform. Cons API integration is missing and will be useful as organizations want employees to access a one-stop platform for good employee experience.
