"Small Department needs met"
Overall: We transitioned from a paper driven process. This has been a very positive move.
Pros: Underlying workflow is easy to use and meets our needs. Easy integration with our collaboration tool of choice (Slack).
Cons: I wish customized time off had more granularity. Limiting time off requests by policy doesn't meet our needs.

Pros: It is a wonderful way to keep track within slack of small moments throughout the day of when my team might be away or to remember holidays and to program in holidays.
Cons: Sometimes sorting the information within slack can be slightly cumbersome, but that is mostly when I am not sure of a date or range of time for what I am looking for.

Pros: I liked how easy it was to request time off via Slack.
Cons: I disliked that it was hard to setup subunits as there are multiple managers who review different reports. I also didn't like that it didn't have a built in calendar.
