It is a nice Application that can provide substancial information related to opportunities. The vision of pipeline and funnels is very intuitive. The activities and tasks shared between different people of a Team are well documented.

Pros

It is very intuitive and user friendly. It is easy to load new Customers, prospects and opportunities. The lists related to TO-DOs are very useful and improves productivity.

Cons

To obtain reports non-standard are rather difficult if you don´t know well how to determine Fields and related data.
