This is a great tool for your archiving and retrieval, whether it is at a user level or at a higher ediscovery level for legal purposes. It's easy to uses and reliable on data archiving and retrieval.

Pros

The ease of use and administration. It's fantastic to have a product that does exactly what it is supposed to do without a tremendous amount of complexity in configuration and administration. In addition to the administrative ease of access for larger eDiscoveries, the user interface is friendly and intuitive. Users are easily able to restore desired emails down to the exact email/s they needed, quickly and easily.

Cons

I'm hard pressed to pick something I do not like but I would have to say it would be nice if the searches were a bit faster. This, of course, is something that I believe is already on the horizon and will hopefully be arriving soon.

Saved time and effort, easier searches, less loss of hair for our network admins.

Pros

Easy to use, functional, swift and much less effort than trying to recover lost emails from O365. We use it to archive 5 years of email for SOC compliance. Recovered emails can be exported back to user's email folders, alternative user folder, or can be exported to PST or as separate .eml files. It also doesn't make the PST a hot mess like Microsoft does.

Cons

There have been times when the product tripped up and we had to wait for support to correct a problem. This was an issue when we needed recovered emails in a timely manner, the system was unavailable and so was delayed

The search is quite easily to be used. The export the search result is also quite user friendly.

The retention policy is difficult to managed. The admin guide is not detailed enough.

We can go back and check email several years back. The search feature is quick and reliable.

Cons

The interface seems a little dated and can use some modernizing/updating

The migration process was completely painless.

Pros

Very easy to learn how to use. Does a great job of archiving emails and has a very thorough search function.

Cons

The process for deleting content is a little convoluted.

Reasons for choosing Data Archive Manager

Because we were migrating from an on-prem ArcMail appliance. It seemed like the best option to upgrade.

We were very sorry to hear you were not getting your call answered. We immediately looked into our phone records and found that you were calling after our normal business hours of 8-5pm EST. We also addressed an issue with our after hours answering service as that should have been picking up your call, but during the transition over to Data443 we were still working out some kinks with that provider. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We also had your account manager reach out by phone immediately and hopefully you have since been able to successfully login to our support portal to see your active support tickets. We can always be reached by email or the customer support portal if ever the phones act up again.

Internally, we have increased the amount of email data file size. We may have to look at updating our appliance or go to their cloud solution.

Pros

The best thing about Arcmails is its simplicity, given that its interface is similar to that of popular products such as Microsoft Outlook. It is capable of archiving emails and all types of data, as well as indexing them.
