Our developers spent days deploying a paid for version of TourMyApp across our application in October 2015 and our team members spent additional days populating text. The application now does not 'fire' after the frst time it is viewed so it is completely useless. No one from TourMyApp responds to either support or sales enquiries via, the only available contact method, webform. Now we have to switch to another application and start again. It has been a huge waste of time, resources and money.
