Nookal has transformed my clinic, and saved me so much time. Pros I am not IT savvy at all, but I manage to do all I need to with Nookal, to reduce my admin load and streamline some processes for me. Its very easy and logical to follow, with all the essential features for a small psychology practices. Pros The ease of use is excellent and it contains a lot of features for the price. Cons Customer service is horrible once you are signed on as a client. Cons A dedicated app for mobile devices would be a big improvement as the mobile view for the website lacks some functionality. Nookal have an excellent customer service team, and the product has led to increased speed for our administrative processes & an increased reporting capability. Pros The Nookal integration to allow for bulk upload of invoices to the NDIA portal is a life changing feature that cannot be overstated!! Cons It doesn't integrate well with MYOB, so we eventually migrated to Xero to have seamless integration between the platforms. Cons The mobile app is very clunky, not user intuitive, and lacks several features. This needs to be improved.
