It was good though to learn from the various training based emails and pop ups. Pros The client "arrived" function is good if you can keep an eye on it from treatment rooms. Cons Perhaps more security for sensitive case files when in an Allied health system. Mental Health case notes need not be accessible to some physical therapists. Notes system is great and recurring payments is very handy. Cons No way to allocate payment to different items on invoice from payment screen. Eg. TAC consult + Clinic Gap charge - Gap payment is taken but automatically allocates to TAC consult with no way of changing it from the payment screen. Great integration with Xero. Easy to invoice clients. Great calendar features. Cons Sometimes things take multiple steps instead of just one. E.g. to send invoices, have to save invoice and then send. Reason for choosing Nookal Nookal was more modern, quicker, easier to use. Worth paying for. Need to be able to make group lists for sending messages on Nookal instead of adding people one at a time. Pros I am not exactly a computer proficient so I love how easy Nookal is to use. It saves so much clutter as well with all letters, scans, body charts etc at my fingertips. Cons In my previous place of practice the templates were set up by the team leader and it was time consuming to get them to return to adjust the parameters. Pros value for money, good for small business Cons Not very user friendly compare to those expensive dental management softwares. But the price is only half or less.
