The truth is, I was working off my own thoughts and instincts without really knowing anyone in the fitness industry to bounce ideas off. Getting proper guidance on how to set everything up on LegitFit with the membership structure, pricing, cancellation policies etc just made sense when it was laid out clearly. Things I hadn't even thought about, like how to set up a founding membership or how to handle refunds without losing money on fees. It's the kind of practical advice that actually helps. I'm opening my own studio now in July and for the first time I feel like the systems are actually in place to support that properly. Having the right systems in place before you open makes everything else a lot easier. LegitFit has given me that foundation and a lot more confidence going into launch. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and has helped streamline many aspects of our day-to-day operations. It has made managing classes, personal training sessions, and our recovery suite much more efficient, while giving us better visibility of attendance through its booking and payment system. One of the biggest improvements has been knowing exactly who is attending our classes in advance. Before using LegitFit, we often had little or no information about attendance, which made planning difficult. The ability for clients to book and pay ahead of time has improved organization for our team and increased commitment from our members. The customer support team has also been outstanding. They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever we have a question or need assistance. Overall, LegitFit has had a very positive impact on our business, helping us save time, stay organized, and provide a better experience for our clients. Pros What I like most about LegitFit is how user-friendly and easy it is to manage. It allows us to efficiently organize our classes, personal training sessions, and recovery suite all in one place. One of the biggest benefits has been the booking and payment system. Before using LegitFit, we had very little visibility of who was attending classes and sometimes coaches would be at the gym with no attendees. Now, clients can book and pay in advance, giving us a clear overview of attendance and helping us plan more effectively. It has also improved client commitment and motivation to attend sessions. The support team is another standout feature. They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever we need assistance. Overall, LegitFit has made running our business much more efficient and organized. Cons There is very little I dislike about LegitFit. If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would be clearer visibility and reporting of payouts transferred from LegitFit to our business. Anytime I’ve needed to enquire about anything \[sensitive content hidden\] was always there. What works particularly well for us is having everything in one place. We operate across multiple locations with a growing coaching team and LegitFit keeps it all ticking over without having to jump between different systems or platforms. Before, I was doing everything manually including managing booking requests through Instagram and Facebook, chasing cancellations, trying to keep on top of waitlists myself. It was taking up so much of my time and headspace. Now clients book and cancel themselves, and if a spot opens up in a fully booked session, LegitFit automatically notifies whoever's next on the waitlist. I don't have to lift a finger so the system handles it all. I can easily see how my business is performing at a glance and those two things alone has been a massive relief. Whenever I've had an issue, the support team have been straight on it and it's sorted quickly. It just gives me the freedom to focus on what I actually opened this business for, helping my clients feel better and live better. It's a really straightforward platform to get your head around and day to day it just works with bookings, payments, memberships, all handled without any hassle. Running a small group personal training facility means keeping a close eye on how things are performing and the reporting side has been really useful for that. I’m very satisfied with how it helps me track classes, schedules, payments, and reports, and my clients are also very happy with it. I’ve been teaching for over 30 years, and after using the app for the past year, I can finally say that I manage to get paid for all my classes. Pros It made it easier for me to manage membership payments and keep track of who paid and when. It has also saved me money because the app automatically charges the membership fee once the agreed period expires. Before, I struggled to keep accurate records, and members would ask for refunds if they didn’t use their sessions Cons Everything is fine for me. If I had to point something out, it would be that I’m currently using the app in English, while I’m from Croatia. Since I live in a tourist city, most people understand English, and I also understand that the app can’t be available in every language. However, this might make it a bit more difficult, in my case, to use for the older population.
