My experience with LegitFit has been great. The platform is easy to use, and what really stands out is the supportive community and the excellent customer support. Anytime I had a question or issue, the team was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about their clients and are always working to improve the experience.

Pros

The client support is excellent. The team is very responsive and quick to help whenever any issues come up. They don’t just respond fast — they actually solve problems efficiently, which has made a big difference for us.

Cons

Honestly, nothing! It’s been a great experience from the start. I would Highly recommended to any business.

We like the people (warm and friendly), the process (ease of learning and good lines of communication) and the product (it does what it says).

Pros

The ease of navigation and learning process is so good. Overall, it is good value for money. The Client Support and Respect is outstanding in responsiveness and integrity. I never think twice about reaching out to the Support Team.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Now, there's a thing in itself. If I was pushed I would say an alert of an upgrade and when it will land on the site.

Pros

I love how LegitFit makes running my studio simple and pain-free, allowing me to spend more time coaching rather than being stuck in processes and data. My clients enjoy the ability to book their classes in a simple and efficient way and love recording their workout metrics. The customer service is outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble for the team. The software design is clean and user-friendly. The onboarding team, especially Bella, was incredibly helpful in setting our system up and walking us through how everything works. The initial setup was incredibly easy.

Cons

I havent come across anything I don't like about the software yet, which is rare as theres usually something.

Pros

I've been with LegitFit for about 3 months. I am a sole proprietor with a studio that does one thing, private training sessions. For the most part, LegitFit is easy for my clients (and me) to understand and use compared to other booking services, and I do appreciate Ian's help.

Cons

There are some quirks that are quite annoying and most seem related to time. Once they get sorted out, I believe this will be a great booking platform. The first issue which I brought up about 3 months ago relates to time. I have set the time zone for the studio, but clients get reminders that their appointments are scheduled for totally different times (ie I have put their appointment in for 5pm on a Wednesday, and they get an e-mail saying their appointment is at 1am on Thursday). I've been told to have clients set their time zone, but I don't believe they should have to. If they are booking in person services it should automatically be set to the studio's time zone. I was surprised to have a new client experience this. I had not met the client yet, so something like this negatively impacts their perception of me because it looks like I can't book them in correctly to a session. When I was one time zone updating scheduling for a session while on vacation, I set the time to to something like 10:30am (which is when the client requested the session) but when I came back to my time zone, it showed the session at 9:30am. When I've been updating recurring sessions that are on a Wednesday, sometimes for no apparent reason they'll show up on Tuesdays and I'll have to edit it again and unselect the Tuesday option (even though that was never selected by me to begin with). I'd love to see financial reports in a little more detail

These guys have really helped me out of a spot. The old app I used to be with I felt trapped with them. I’m glad they contacted me and offered me a better service at a better value.

Pros

It’s easy software to use and much better value for money than the old company I was with. I also love that we have an app. We look more professional and our clients love it to.

Cons

Just need to make the scheduled workouts smoother like truecoach. I would be willing to pay extra on my subscription to legitfit is their online coaching software was up to scratch with truecoach. Also, please keep the A.I. Notes in the software and you’d be much better than truecoach

I would recommend this system to anyone who needed a simple booking system to run classes or a clinic. My clients on the whole have really liked the system, and have found it easy to use, they particularly enjoy the reminders, the ease of which they can book for numerous classes or events, and booking more than one class at a time.

Pros

I found the legit fit programme very straightforward to use, i am a massive technophobe but the system works really well for what i need, which is running classes and a private client therapy clinic. The team are very responsive especially my contact \[sensitive content hidden\] who has been super helpful throughout the process when i have needed any help to navigate the changes as my business expands. I also liked that i could custom the system to my needs. The team helped me very patiently from the outset. Moving from Mindbody which i had used for a long time was a huge decision, but not one i have regretted it is so much more intuitive and user friendly. Also being based in Europe it is easier to get a hold of someone should you have an issue.

Cons

The number cap on the number of members that can be serviced, meaning the cost increases with the number of clients you have on your system.

I can't remember what products i looked at but i did check several, i felt legitfit had the various elements i needed. Including flexibility, good customer service, clients could make multiple bookings and manage their accounts themselves with little support from me.

Very positive experience from my first meeting to my initial upload/transfer of clients to my final meeting with Bella. Very seamless transition from my last scheduling app.

Pros

My clients find it user friendly, easy to maneuver through timetable and purchasing of products. It was an easy download and set up of the app.

Cons

I cant edit or delete programs assigned to clients. As I issue a lot of rehabilitation programs this is a draw back.

I would prefer it if there was a way to have clients booking for day passes in the gym or recovery room - without having to put it on my timetable (makes it look messy)

My overall experience with LegitFit has been phenomenal. From the easy to use software to their customer service. I love that I can change my timetable with ease and look at breakdown reports within a few clicks.

Pros

I love how easy LegitFit is to use, all of my clients love it as well. Everyone at LegitFit that I have spoken to have been so helpful and nice. I was with a competitor for a good couple of years prior to using LegitFit and they do not come close to LegitFits product or outstanding customer support. If I have any questions I only have to Whatsapp them which is amazing!

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the app. I know my ios clients are using the app which is great but my clients that use android are desperate for one. I know this is probably in the process.

He went through everything they offer and answered my million questions with such patience! It was this that made my mind up. Their support through the lockdowns were disgusting. They were charging me £90 more a month to use their online platform when my business had to go online through the pandemic. I was already paying £130 for their services that were non existent. If you needed to speak to someone, you would have to email first and then their response could take at least 4 days. Nothing was simple, even a slight change in the timetable was a massive task! I could not have been more thankful when an email from LegitFit came through asking me to look at their software!

In the almost 2 years I have been with LegitFit I think I have had to contact them twice about something. Not only do they get back to you straight away, but they will actually voice note you!! The other platforms I dealt with I would be waiting a minimum of 4 days (They were more expensive and I paid extra for a premium customer service experience with one of them)

Pros

Ease of use and customer service is outstanding. Having used other platforms before, I can't fault LegitFit on the time and effort they have given us. The other platforms I previously used were quite complicated so using LegitFit has been a lifesaver and saves hours on scheduling.

Cons

Can't change the price on packages created so if we have a sale on something we have to create an entire new package (not difficult but just takes awhile).

Firstly I met them in their research phase of the product. Liked them and was always hoping to work with them. Their price point is better for small business. Their customer service can't be beaten. The platform is super easy to use and just as easy to set up. They are still quite a new business and can do the same as the other platforms I have used and they are adding to this constantly.

### "The App That Finally Enabled Me to Get Paid for All My Classes"

The best decision I made was choosing this app, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I’m very satisfied with how it helps me track classes, schedules, payments, and reports, and my clients are also very happy with it. I’ve been teaching for over 30 years, and after using the app for the past year, I can finally say that I manage to get paid for all my classes.

Pros

It made it easier for me to manage membership payments and keep track of who paid and when. It has also saved me money because the app automatically charges the membership fee once the agreed period expires. Before, I struggled to keep accurate records, and members would ask for refunds if they didn’t use their sessions

Cons

Everything is fine for me. If I had to point something out, it would be that I’m currently using the app in English, while I’m from Croatia. Since I live in a tourist city, most people understand English, and I also understand that the app can’t be available in every language. However, this might make it a bit more difficult, in my case, to use for the older population.

Really good service where they listen to offerings and aid assistance in all domains. They are very quick to reply and help when need it. They are very good value for the service they offer and always open to feedback. We are delighted with the system as it is very user friendly and also we love to custom app that was also designed for us

Overall, it meets my needs and allows me to run my business without worrying about payment and booking.

Pros

It’s ease. I don’t have to worry about customers not being able to navigate the platform. It’s easy to embed into a website or to place onto social media.

Cons

I’d like some more features such as nutrition and a more extensive programming function that allows block training programs to be input. A nutrition element would be brilliant and can aid clients further to reach goals. Some of the premium features like block booking would be a lot easier but too expensive for my small business at this time.

How quickly the response time is to my email and booking in calls any questions or help I have needed has been there when I needed it

### "LegitFit for Small Gym"

Great, would recommend for a business who is put off by other companies paying for a whole host of features they do not need. Over the past 2 years very little problems that affected our day to day and allowed us to run the business with little admin needed.

Pros

Ease of day to day use. Payment system easy, set up with the on boarding team was on time, efficient. Any issues solved by in person call or chat same day or soon after for rare larger site issues. Personal service, good price and had everything we needed for our clients.

Cons

Could do with a few more reporting options for tracking memberships, member chat feature not the best.

Good! I found the initial meetings particularly helpful and the staff friendly and easy to deal with. Later contact wasn’t quite as good as they didn’t understand how tech-phobic I am!

Pros

I particularly like the ease of payment for the user and it’s simplicity for the fitness provider.

Cons

I don’t like that you can’t create a coupon the applies to only specific packages
