My clients find it very easy to book and cancel appointments, and I find it very easy to set them up. The onboarding process is very quick, and they guide you through the setup. Their support team is always available via email to ensure everything is working smoothly and they assist with any client issues promptly. It's really convenient not having to go back and forth with my clients on WhatsApp anymore because they can manage their bookings themselves. Pros Effortless booking combined with an exceptional client experience makes LegitFit easy to use for both coaches and clients, saving time and reducing friction. Cons There isn’t much to dislike overall, but as with any platform, there is always room for small feature improvements over time. I find the system easy to use and I can make adjustments quickly from wherever I am. Pros Legitfit is easy to use and has all the features I was looking for in a member management system. They are always adding updates and improving their services. Being able to update the timetable or even sign members up through the mobile app makes the process so simple. Cons I think the packages section could be simpler on the member side, especially when there are a lot of membership options. She was also on the end of the email for full support and guidance. i am happy to pay the fees for the stress that legitfit takes out of running my business and also the time it saves me over the long term. I love the new par q app also which integrates with AI also. Pros I can set my payments to all arrive at the same time or customise as I please. Once I got the system up and running I have not looked back. Cons If I set payments up for the first of the month and a client does not pay on time then the payment is reduced the next time its taken as it thinks the client has only started.
