Cons After adding a new client, you can't edit their details. So if you inputted their email, phone or name incorrectly you would have to delete them from the system in order to make amendments. My own membership set up was a bit of a mess when approaching legitfit. I would advise anyone signing up to make sure and have your memberships made out very clearly to ensure a smooth transition to the app. Pros Dashboard and timetable are extremely easy to manage. Everything very clear for both owner and member's. Cons I am still in the process of getting everyone set up on the app but so far I am finding it very user friendly. Haven't identified any cons. July 14, 2025 5.0 Overall, it meets my needs and allows me to run my business without worrying about payment and booking. Pros It’s ease. I don’t have to worry about customers not being able to navigate the platform. It’s easy to embed into a website or to place onto social media. Cons I’d like some more features such as nutrition and a more extensive programming function that allows block training programs to be input. A nutrition element would be brilliant and can aid clients further to reach goals. Some of the premium features like block booking would be a lot easier but too expensive for my small business at this time. I've 70yr olds that have no problem with it. Cons If a client accidentally books the same class twice, they dont see that. I see it on my dashboard but not them. I do not know how to do this. \*The Instant Zoom link or YouTube link Is great for direct access to my classes. \*Working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was great! She was very efficient, and thorough. Answered all my questions and got back to me promptly. \*Website embed worked great. I felt once I had signed up with LegitFit and following initial meetings with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], there was no more contact with him. I did however miss a call with him, but otherwise there was no correspondence from him. Cons \*Booking for clients needs to be easier. When a block of classes are booked, the client should be booked in straight away. Always a great bonus to support a fellow Cork business! Pros Legitfit have managed to create a system that has what you need, while keeping it clear and uncluttered. None of my clients had any issues switching to legitfit from a different software which shows its ease of use for clients. Paramount for us. Pros I can manage the timetable very easy and I have no hassle with cash payments, refunds etc. Overall, it's much better than the previous booking system software I was using. Cons The messaging facility is a little clunky as I've had messages from clients and missed them since there's no notification system in place. I would like to be able to offer discounts on packages as well as memberships. I'd would like to be able to move about the position of packages once I add them as if I want to edit a package it moves to a different place in the list from where I would like it to be. " June 29, 2022 5.0 It was great during CoVid as it kept a record of my attendance, and also Zoom was integrated into legitFit Now it’s my admin, leaving me time to get on with teaching. My price plan for memberships changed - but I couldn’t change existing clients onto the new tariff.
