I was nervous about changing my bookings system from manual to online bookings but there is so much you can do on and according to my clients, it’s very user friendly. Pros Using for bookings has given me back so much time I used to spend on taking bookings manually and monitoring cancellations. It gave me the opportunity also to advertise classes using links etc. which is much more user friendly. Cons Nothing. It was one of the best business decisions I have made. July 14, 2025 5.0 Overall, it meets my needs and allows me to run my business without worrying about payment and booking. Pros It’s ease. I don’t have to worry about customers not being able to navigate the platform. It’s easy to embed into a website or to place onto social media. Cons I’d like some more features such as nutrition and a more extensive programming function that allows block training programs to be input. A nutrition element would be brilliant and can aid clients further to reach goals. Some of the premium features like block booking would be a lot easier but too expensive for my small business at this time. They are very understanding of our business and the different aspects we look for support in. They are always open to suggestions and feedback which is great to see. They are actively adding in more features over time also which shows they are proactive in improving the software and these improvements are usually based on customer feedback which is a big positive. Cons Maybe the communication with clients in terms of emailing and sms could be better but I know this is not the main feature of the software. From the easy to use software to their customer service. I love that I can change my timetable with ease and look at breakdown reports within a few clicks. Pros I love how easy is to use, all of my clients love it as well. Everyone at LegitFit that I have spoken to have been so helpful and nice. I was with a competitor for a good couple of years prior to using LegitFit and they do not come close to LegitFits product or outstanding customer support. If I have any questions I only have to Whatsapp them which is amazing! Cons The only thing I can think of is the app. I know my ios clients are using the app which is great but my clients that use android are desperate for one. I know this is probably in the process. They were charging me £90 more a month to use their online platform when my business had to go online through the pandemic. I was already paying £130 for their services that were non existent. If you needed to speak to someone, you would have to email first and then their response could take at least 4 days. Nothing was simple, even a slight change in the timetable was a massive task! I could not have been more thankful when an email from came through asking me to look at their software! I do not know how to do this. \*The Instant Zoom link or YouTube link Is great for direct access to my classes. \*Working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was great! She was very efficient, and thorough. Answered all my questions and got back to me promptly. \*Website embed worked great. I felt once I had signed up with and following initial meetings with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], there was no more contact with him. I did however miss a call with him, but otherwise there was no correspondence from him.
