Customer support is quick to respond. A few features I discussed with them can't or won't be implemented which is a shame. Pros I like the lightweight nature of it. the ability to quickly drag and drop and clone classes is great. Saves a lot of time when we're setting up a new timetable for the gym. Cons It's vert convoluted for people to be able to just connect with us... at the moment new people have to go to vknggyms.com and then our membership page... then they have to click the yellow link.... then they have to click the 'connect' link in the top right. if they previously received an invitation email from us then they can't complete the connection and we have to manually intervene and send the invitation again. Surely there's an easier 'one click' way for new people to register and start booking?? If there is and I'm unaware please can you let me know by reply? I have a phone set up at my entrance way for people to scan themselves in via their QR code. After they scan in the system pops up with their info but they have to manually swipe the info down before the next person comes in...... An auto time out where the swipe down info swipes down would be handy.... I'm hoping to make entrance and sign in as automatic as possible but it still needs manual intervention every time. I can either do it from my phone or laptop so quickly in a matter of seconds. The support is quick and accurate. The App rarely has gremlins or goes down, if there is an issue it is resolved quicklyy. Personally we have gone from a busy large Studio before Covid of 8 trainers to now only using it lightly as I ramp down the business, unsure of next phase but I have sent many people Legitfits way and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent booking tool. It removes a large portion of stress. Pros A few things come to mind... Again I would be lost without what this system does for me and my business. Pros It's seamless really and engages more clients for me each week as they find it just as easy and convenient to use. It keeps them accountable by having a booking and helps me hugely to manage my base and income. I would genuinely be lost without this system. Any issues which are none at the moment can be dealt with by easily contacting the team which are always happy to help. Iv rang on one occasion to ask a question and was talked through it. Pros Simple and straight forward to set up. Had great help from staff while setting up and couldn’t believe how quick it was done. I was ready to go in no time. I like that’s it’s simple for clients to use and I like how it’s easy to use for myself. Cons I don’t have any issues with the software to date. Only thing I can say here is about clients upgrading or downgrading memberships. Maybe it’s me missing something here. Possible option for me to do this for them. Timetable is easy to set up, onboarding new members is easy, setting up different memberships and packages is a breeze. July 5, 2022 5.0 Pros I really like using the legit fit app. It's easy to navigate and keeps everyone on track with where they are at with each package they buy. They love to get reminder emails about their sessions and saves me letting them know when each package is finished. I love that it keeps track of when a package is purchased and when it will hit my bank. Its easy to change up a session with times/clients. I very quickly learned how to do everything on the app myself. Really enjoying it :) Cons I struggle with some clients who would "forget" to book in for a session. I would love an email reminder set up where the can get a notification about their session instead of me texting them. Manager Sports Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "The Fitness Habit" April 14, 2022 4.0 There have been a few issues with Legitfit like any app but overall the app has been great and first class customer service. Pros The ability to gauge how busy classes and the gym would be on a daily bases. It was great when covid restrictions were in place to limit the amount of participants in the gym on an hourly basis. We have since stopped this when restrictions were eased. We also use the app as a way of class/gym participants toi buy session via debit card as we do not have a credit card facility on site. Cons When applying services to a client that may have bought membership for there months in the gym you have to apply a month worth of services in the app that automatically renews monthly and then physically cancel the services when the membership is up. It would be great if you could apply services from a certain date to a certain date depending on membership type bought within our gym. I haven’t needed much support but when I have it’s always been quick to get responses and the answers I’ve needed. And the transition to using the system was smooth and easy! Pros I like that it gives me the freedom to not worry about booking clients in manually and individually. But I can still do it where needs be. I think it gives me a more professional look and it’s really easy to use. All my clients got the hang of it straight away. Cons Not being able to edit packages prices once they are set. It would be handy to do that rather than create a whole new package with a new price. Not being able to extend packages once they have expired and I’ve found if I have extended them clients are still unable to use remaining sessions. Before this, I used to take bookings and cash myself. I soon realised that there was no way I could scale my business without using a streamlined booking platform. I had a meeting with both Glofox and LegitFit who were both recommended to me by other fitness professionals. In terms of what Legit Fit had to offer for a more competitive price, I was delighted to get on board with them. Once I started, from the onboarding to the in minutes customer service when needed (not a lot) I could see why so many people recommended LegitFit. Nearly 12 months on, I have to thank LegitFit for their service. I have now scaled my business from 50/60 members to over 150. I have also added a new location to my business and the current system integrations it allows for a smooth process when adding clients to each of our locations. The most important thing that I have received from LegitFit for their service is my time. I have saved myself hundreds of hours of chasing up cancellations, booking in clients, changing client bookings, etc. To have more time to myself has allowed me to spend more time with my family, friends and on my business & not in my business. Cons Any con I have thought of has been introduced as a new feature or is soon to be a new feature with this platform.
