Pros I find legitfit very easy to use, and I wouldn't be that tech savvy. Always on hand when we have an issue! Pros We really feel that the direct debit system really helps us with client retention, it also takes the stress off us trying to keep control of peoples renewals. Pros The team and professional and personable. Also I see they are being innovative with the product, whilst also building a likeminded community with other gyms and coaches. Cons No real issues. The staff within the company use the facility. It is easy to make bookings and the members are pleased with the app Pros The software is easy to use. Potential members download the app as a first step. When they agree to the terms and conditions they become members. They then book an orientation session. After that it is easy for them to book sessions. Cons It would be good if they could agree to the terms and conditions within the app. They have to agree to them off the app Reason for choosing LegitFit It was good value. People know when the facilities is busy and what is going on and when easy to comtrol Cons The multiple booking and cancelling clients online. At the moment, staff have to add if a family comes into use it. Staff doesn't know which family member is coming in, until they see the persons walk in the door. I’m not very good with computers or systems but use this daily and rarely encounter any issues. Cons When the clocks change sometimes it doesn’t update on the app. Had a few issues with clients showing up at the wrong time. It shows up as Facebook.com on some peoples bills every month.
