October 17, 2023 5.0 Couldn’t ask for better service, has almost everything I need and the one feature I asked about on the enquiry call was noted down and implemented as a feature within weeks! Pros Super easy to use and get to grips with. The transfer of systems was harder than anticipated but the tech team were on hand to help with everything and usually got back to me within the hour. I even had a call with \[sensitive content hidden\] outside of work hours to smooth out some issues I had, couldn’t ask for better support! As a business owner this time saved is very valuable to me and allows me to use the time more effectively, Automating everything using this software was one of the best business decisions I made this year. Totally stress free and easier to use, as well as giving clients more control over their schedule and a professional platform to manage their memberships. They are constantly updating the system with new features. Pros Fast payouts, brilliant customer service, any questions I have are always answered very quickly. I even got a lot of advice from the guys during a tough lockdown period. Fantastic team they have there. Cons Only thing I didn’t like was the fact there was no app at the time I joined up. Always there to answer any queries and very helpful during set up Pros Reports for income is great interface and very helpful. Clients find the booking system very easy to use. Cons Ability to hide number of spaces in classes is needed. Some clients hesitant to book in when there is a lot of spaces. Notifications for messages and bookings needed also. We are a CrossFit gym of 80 members. We had been using one of the larger providers who have been around a while but as price continued to rise service and support didnt improve to match the price hike. The thought of changing to a new provider was a drag, but we are glad we did. The LegitFit guys provide an intuitive and well supported solution, they made the change over effortless and the ease at which I can now manage our member interactions is a relief. They are also fair and extremely competitive on price. We have been using the tool for 5 months and that side of the buisness is now so straightforward and effortless its no stress, same narrative from the members, i couldn''t recommend LegitFit enough. Using it means that I can quite easily secure my place, move between classes and keep track of my attendance and membership package. Cons The quality of the software experience is dependent on the data input by the gym. So if information on class times and types aren't kept up to date, then the user is disadvantaged.
