Been really top class and the support team are always there to help straight away when needed.

Pros

Really have enjoyed using this user friendly software. Keeps everything on track be it payments or attendances from clients, less headaches my end. Would reccommend to anyone.

Cons

Would like if it would send notifications via phone instead of email.

Pros

It's ease of use and functionality. The ability to produce reports is also brilliant.

Cons

One problem is that you can't update the name of certain memberships. If you change the name of a service you have to cancel everyone's current membership and get them to sign up to a new one which can be time consuming.

Very quick response time to emails. Integration was very smooth. User friendly.

Pros

Our company swapped over to use LegitFit from our other booking system a few months ago and have found it very user friendly and great so far. The customer service is excellent too, you get replies to any questions very quickly.

Cons

I would like to be able to do partial refunds. Very minor issues.

Overall it is easy to use and I have found it has taken pressure off me in regards to booking. However between stripe charges and legit payment it is expensive. I would love if I could send group messages too

Pros

It is very easy to use for me and for clients.

Cons

Everytime you make a change through you phone you have to close it down and tap into it again. Also my clients have been having payment issues.

Software is very easy to use and the LegitFit team carry out onboarding training

Cons

An option to +\\- option for members to book guests into classes. You currently have to make an additional booking for each guest you wish to brings.

I no longer have the headache of managing all the bookings via text and email . I no longer have to handle cash. Accounting is simplified because there's a record of every transaction

Pros

Broad functionality is useful. The Reports section makes accounting easier.

Cons

Block booking sessions would be useful for clients but I believe it is coming on stream with the next software release

I like the software because its easy to manage bookings/payments and user friendly for my clients.

Cons

Would reccomend a notification within the app to give gym members a reminder to book in there classes for the week ahead.
