Pros

The customer support at Merinio is amazing, we have quick-turn around in investigating issues or possible improvements. The team is great. The tool has been wonderful for our project purposes as well, we can schedule resources across multiple locations and teams. Our complex scheduling needs were met by using this tool.

Cons

The Merinio mobile app could be improved for managers and administration to use more likely, but the desktop app is great.

Overall, Merinio is the first major scheduling software i used. It's quite good in general and is fairly intuitive to use.

Pros

its ease of use and scalability are quite good. It is easy to adapt to changing needs.

Cons

Sometimes, updates would change the backend without notice, breaking external tools using the reports' data.

Bien, rapide et efficace de communiqué avec les employés leurs horaires. Système de publication des horaires très efficace.

Pros

Facilité d'accès sur mobile, horaire détaillé pour plusieurs poste, gestion des cartes de temps rapide.

Cons

Les primes dans les cartes de temps devrait être automatique. ex : prime de soir si l'employé travaille après 17h, prime de nuit après minuit, prime de base sur les postes qui en ont toujours une, ex prime de chef d'équipe. Cela fait de la gestion manuel et des erreurs.
