Cons Rencore Governance is rather exhaustive in the coverage that it provides, at the time of writing it did not include Exchange and other products, however it is on the roadmap. Pros The broad and deep view of the Microsoft 365 and Azure services consumption enables management and control while encouraging adoption while providing deep analysis and proactive control of changes to your environments. Pros I use SPCAF utility and i really like the way it processes the exes and it's really quick, i like reporting options as well, also from support point of view i really like the way you take up the challenges your clients face, we had a challenge in comparing SPCAF issues with recently ran, challenge was intimated via customer support and it was introduced as a new feature in recent builds. Very easy to integrate into processes, e.g. through Azure Functions or webhooks. The support experience is really first rate. After a long search to meet our governance requirements we are finally happy that Rencore fits our needs. We would like to see more features rolled out and automation capabilities improved. Pros Rencore Governance is easy to use and setup. It has a nice UI that is fully customizable to the needs. Probably the only tool in the market that could offer so much visibility to O365 governance. Cons Actions based on automations could be more robust than today. There is not much explanation required. Thought through design and features. Ideal for medium to large M365 tenants. Furthermore it’s multi-tenant capable.
