Sin embargo, el 20% restante me hace prentarme si vale la pena continuar con el sistema por culpa de la atención. Pros Es una solución todo en uno desde la nube por lo cual no tienes que estarte preocupando por instalaciones ni selección de módulos. Tiene una interfaz muy sencilla con solo unos cuantos detalles. Cons Lamentablemente la atención al cliente se convertido en un grán problema. Normalmente detalles sencillos los resuleven rápido, sin embargo, si el problema es más complejo la atención deja mucho que desear. En mi experiencia cuado llego a 2do nivel, la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria.
