It is easy even though, it took me a while to understand it and be able to use it. I am not even closed to be an expert, it really ‘love it’. Cons There is no place where to add the properties pictures and information related per customer, that feature will make this software perfect, if you can link the properties and the customers, you can have a better track of the deal. Frustrated to complete forms having all the parts on a contract as a vendor or contact, even when I don't represent both sides. Impossible to delete a form that can't be use or was a mistake to upload. Work for one county, I work with 7 different counties. As a user take a lot of time to complete a task.
