Pros It is possible to make a simple 3D game in days without any knowledge of programming or model design, basically you get all the basics for building levels for a FPS game and it includes a set of models, sounds, graphics elements and a game engine with physics. Most of the level design is based on the idea of drag and drop, there is a library with objects, Characters, lights ,sound zones and more. It's good for people who want to express their creativity with a computer game, but do not have the time to learn mainly programming, but more as a hobby, there is a few nice games that come out for sale on steam, it is not AAA games but this is the idea of indie games. There is a wonderful and supportive community that helps solve problems and shares media and codes to improve the games. The software keep get updates and gets more stable and better. Cons The software is fixed for first person games, the third person exists but is very limited. The AI enemies are not very smart but if you work with it correctly you can reach an acceptable results. In exported games loading times can be longer than typical games.
