Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Plattform, diese ist mittlerweile auch unser komplettes Video-Archiv.

Pros

Der große Vorteil ist, dass sich Livestreams nicht nur gut verteilen lassen, sondern dass es hier auch einen eigenen Player für die Seite gibt. Ich nutze das Tool regelmäßig zum Schneiden der Veranstaltungsvideos, was reibungslos funktioniert. Außerdem nutzen wir den moderierten Chat bei unseren Events.

Cons

Es wäre wünschenswert, hier Gäste einfacher in die Streams dazu schalten zu können.

Ich mag das Interface und die gute Performance der Livestreams, bislang gab es noch nie Probleme das der Stream bei Nutzern nicht funktioniert hat.

Pros

Mal eben schnell einen Livestream aus der Redaktion starten, in die Website einbinden und zu unseren Socials streamen? Mit Contentflow machen wir das direkt aus unserem Redaktionssystem raus.

Cons

Bislang haben wir noch keinen zentralen Ort, um die ganzen Nutzerreaktionen zu sammeln und auszuwerten. Das würde ich mir noch wünschen.

Für mich ist das eine runde Sache und ich arbeite bei uns gerne mit dieser Software. Auch wenn wir mit Produktionsfirmen zusammenarbeiten oder das Signal von anderen Partner bekommen klappt das mit Contentflow immer recht gut.

Pros

Bislang hatte ich nur YouTube genutzt, aber seid wir auf Contenflow umgestiegen sind arbeite ich damit bei uns. Die Zusammenarbeit im Team klappt damit recht gut und nach der Einrichtung am Anfang muss bei einem Livestream nicht mehr viel angepasst werden. Praktisch ist. dass wir Grafiken einfügen können, ich verteile den Livestream auf unsere Socials, was ebenfalls einfach möglich ist.

Cons

Automatische Untertitel sind hier verfügbar (und auch die Qualität ist sehr gut), leider ist es etwas kompliziert, diese einzuschalten.

Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden eine so zuverlässige Lösung gefunden zu haben. Da wir regelmäßig Livestreams mit mehreren Eingangssignalen und mehreren Zielen haben, ist für uns die übersichtliche, grafische Verwaltung sehr hilfreich. Durch den direkten Ansprechpartner lief auch das Onboarding sehr schnell und reibungslos.

Pros

Wir haben hier eine Livestreaming-Lösung gefunden, die unsere hohen Anforderungen an Datenschutz und Sicherheit erfüllt. Da sich der Player optimal in unsere Seiten einfügt, wir zeitgleich diverse Stream-Ziele bespielen können und sich das ganze im Backend sehr gut verwalten lässt, ist es für uns die perfekte Streaming-Lösung.

Cons

Nach einem schnellen Onboarding konnten wir hier gleich loslegen, unsere vorhandene Hardware konnten wir weiter nutzen. Bei der Bildregie wären weiter Funktionen schön.

Insgesamt eine sehr solide, stabile Lösung, mit persönlichem Support. Nach einer sehr kurzen Einarbeitung kann man mit dem streamen loslegen.

Pros

Die einfache Bedienbarkeit und die Möglichkeit, alle Livestreams von einem Ort aus zu steuern und gleichzeitig immer Zugriff auf die Videos zu haben. Das Material wird super schnell gerendert, auch aus dem laufenden Stream lassen sich erste Videos erstellen.

Cons

Leider gibt es noch keine komplette Bildregie, allerdings lassen sich die Bildsignale umschalten, Grafiken einblenden, etc. Damit werden die wesentlichen Funktionen abgedeckt.

Insbesondere das übersichtliche Dashboard schätzen wir, auch bei vielen Streams und unterschiedlichen Ein- und Ausgangssignalen kann man sehr gut den Überblick behalten. Das hat uns in der Vergangenheit immer gefehlt.

Pros

Durch die Einführung von Contentflow konnten wir mehrere bestehende Tools zusammenfassen, unsere Abläufe wesentlich Vereinfachen und die Arbeit im Team besser organisieren. Das führte dazu, das wir die Qualität unserer Streams deutlich steigern konnten und heute auch öfter Livegehen als bisher.

Cons

Für uns wäre die bessere Unterstützung des Hochkant-Formats noch sehr wünschenswert, allerdings haben wir bislang keine Software auf dem Markt gefunden, die das bietet. Und aufgrund der schnellen Weiterentwicklung sind wir guter Dinge, dass dies auch bald möglich sein wird.

Overall, I was impressed with how quickly the SOftware was set up. Even in our small team, everyone gets along well with it and can also work with it from the home office. We have all the features we need for our (live) videos. Our whole workflow has become faster and more stable.

Pros

The software works without installation, simply through the browser. This allowed us to set up our video workflow (also with external partners) in a secure and better way. I have access to the livestreams and the videos from everywhere.

Cons

There are a few things I would still like to see: faster switching of input signals. Apart from that, we have everything we need with the editing, graphics overlays, player, etc.

Insgesamt macht die Software einen sehr soliden Eindruck, bislang hatte ich noch nie Probleme. Das Team Antwortet schnell bei Fragen, und die Software wird ständig weiter entwickelt.

Pros

Mir gefällt, das wir mit der Software einen Player haben, den wir in jede Seite einbinden können. Mit den Echtzeit-Statistiken sehe ich immer, wie viele Nutzer aktuell dabei sind. Außerdem verteilen wir den Stream zu Social Channels, und ich schneide fast alle Videos direkt in der Software.

Cons

Ich würde mir grade beim Schnitt noch weitere Funktionen wünschen. Allerdings schätze ich, wie schnell die Videodateien fertig bearbeitet sind, das möchte ich nicht mehr missen.

Insgesamt überzeugt uns die Zusammenstellung der Funktionen, die direkte Erreichbarkeit und die Einhaltung der Datenschutz-Anforderungen (DSGVO lässt auch hier Grüßen....) Wir hoffen, dass die Software auch in Zukunft weiter entwickelt wird und noch weitere Funktionen dazu kommen.

Pros

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die einfache Einrichtung und der deutschsprachige Ansprechpartner. Wir suchten nach einer Lösung mit der wie einen eigenen Player/CDN und die Möglichkeit zum Streamen auf Social-Media-Plattformen haben. Insbesondere die Performance bei vielen gleichzeitigen Livestreams, wie es bei uns öfter vorkommt, hat uns überzeugt. Ein weitere Vorteil ist die äußerst schnelle Bereitstellung der Videodateien nach dem Livestream, selbst bei sehr langen Streams dauert das nur wenige Minuten.

Cons

Einige Funktionen, wie etwa das einfachere verbinden der Social-Media-Accounts, wären noch wünschenswert.
