Pros

It has a ton of features but is actually very easy to use. Lots of training resources are available for you if you need help and support is pretty quick to get back to you. It pulls accurate reports and you can link in a bunch of other systems

Cons

The price is extremely high for the top plan. And you have to have the top plan in order to get some of the connections to actually work. That part is disapointing

Overall it is useful for our business. We used to use paper timesheets and it was very time consuming and more difficult.

Pros

I like that I can manage my employees timecards and look at my paychecks in the same place easily. I also like that I can adjust my taxes and W4 easily when there is a change in household or some other type of change. There hasn't been any bugs or issues I've seen.

Cons

It seems to be a good price but I'm the manager so the owner is the one that pays and she does say the price seems to go up every year. Sometimes the email notifications go to my personal email even though my work email is the one set up

It's easy to use once set up and I recommend using the set up support offer once you connect and login.

Pros

For a person with no accounting background and little understanding of financial reporting I have found Quickbooks online relatively easy to use for me as a small business. It does what I need, that is invoicing, receive payment, links to my bank account, gives me reminders, allows me to enter receipts, and it has a mobile version. I also work in multiple currencies, a feature that is crucial to what I do.

Cons

The biggest problem I have is the price. It is a big system and can offer a great number of features and I think the price reflects that but for what I need it is too expensive and I possibly could find something smaller or revert to spreadsheets.

Overall, I am somewhat satisfied with what it offers and the customization. Looking up or searching in QuickBooks is usually very good.

Pros

Intuitive, AI integration updates, but it's in the learning stage where most of my results are irrelevant. Fairly simple to set up basic needs. Once you are beyond the basics, you may have difficulties setting up invoices and reports in full custom form. However, there are still modification which can serve large portions of needs.

Cons

Things can be problematic with errors that don't go away after fixes. Sometimes basic Excel is more efficient, depending on what you require and what the government requires.

Overall a very good experience. Easy to navigate the different P&L's whether we are comparing current month vs previous month, or YoY, or YTD.

Pros

Easy to access, very little issues and solid financial reporting. I like the detailed reporting of each G/L Code and category.

Cons

I would like a little more flexibility with account set up. It may be more with our accounting, but it feels like I can be limited at times as to account setups.

Over all it has been great. I have been using it since 2001. Overall it has been good. But I think they are trying to hard to please everyone.

Pros

The flexibility of QBO is great. Financial reporting is great and its a value for money spent on it. Ease of use is ok.

Cons

The complexity of it. It could be simpler. They have made it so complex that the simple things are hard to do.

Overall, my experience with QuickBooks Online has been positive. I appreciate its convenience, accessibility, and helpful features, but I still prefer the desktop version for its functionality, workflow, and the way it handles certain tasks. The desktop version feels more familiar and efficient for my needs.

Pros

What I liked most about QuickBooks Online was its ease of use and accessibility. It made it simple to manage finances, track expenses, create invoices, and access important information from anywhere. The automation features and clear reporting tools helped save time and made staying organized much easier.

Cons

The subscription fees can add up, especially for small businesses or users who only need a limited set of features. Some essential tools and advanced functionality require higher-tier plans, which can make the overall cost feel less competitive.

QuickBooks online has been very helpful for medium-sized businesses. The. Refit card and bank account syncing is a helpful feature.

Pros

QuickBooks online has cloud access and it integrates with many tools. I feel it is the best accounting platform.

Cons

QuickBooks has many features that cost extra. Subscription prices have gone up. Customer service can be hard to access.

Pros

Fairly straightforward, being able to send invoices directly and provide direct access for the accountant to pull the reports needed for tax time. No need for me to send anything, it's all right there. I liked how I was able to find something available in the US that wasn't working in Canada, and their engineers actually dug into it and found a resolution. Big points to them for that.

Cons

QBO is fairly pricey for what it does. You'd think with the extra fees they have on payment processing etc, they'd lower the subscription tiers.

I use this for a small building company, and must say the customer support is relatively good and as long as you stay on top of everything and enter it correctly then this software is more than sufficient for any smaller businesses.

Pros

It is relatively simple to use, and offers good value for money in comparison to the larger systems and software available.

Cons

It has limited usability, and not as many features as the full Quickbooks, or indeed some of the more established offerings. Importing for example, is not available on the online version
