However, it is lacks for its cost, particularly for advanced features, and for limitations in reporting and customization compared to the desktop version. The dashboard was easy to see the day to day cashflow. Pros It was extremely user friendly. The dashboard took the guess work out of cash flow and the reports were very easy to use. Cons It is a little too user friendly. Someone without a lot of Accounting experience can go in and make changes without understanding the ramifications. Also the issues with multi currency made it harder to use. It offers many features like invoicing, payroll integration, expense tracking and financial reporting. Customer support is helpful and works really well due to live chat and phone support. Additionally, the large number of people available to provide support and additional accounting services cannot compare to the other platforms. Pros It is an end-to-end platform that can help make sure every aspect of the back office aspect of your business is supported, from general bookkeeping to HR, payroll, and even benefits. Everything is in there. Cons The platform is not overly intuitive for new users. Due to the amount of customization you can create, no two systems are the same, and it is very easy to make issues you do not realize until months or years later. Honestly, we would love a more modern AI-driven solution that did not always require us to bring in bookkeepers and accountants to clean things up. Pros It was super easy to set up and use. And it is very easy to train new employees even if they are new to the hotel business and/or have no accounting background. Cons So before we got it fully integrated to our POS it was super easy to make manually data entry that led errors and a whole new report would have to be made The only start up trouble I had was getting it going with the POS. And I had to call customer care a few times and not only did it take forever to get someone on the phone, The suggestion they gave me were not correct I ended up googling it. Pros It works quite well in terms of integration of it to both your financial institutions for both credit cards and deposits. Also works quite well with integration to our OSS/CRM systems. The information flows between the system seamlessly and timely with accuracy. Cons There are issues/bugs with matching posted client payments with the bank deposits.
