It has everything available. The data is displayed beautifully. The invoicing is seemless. The only issue we face is the pricing. Espacially because we have different types of access so our plans goes up as well. Pros I really love that i can keep track of everything through my phone, desktop and anywhere. All the data is displayed. I really love the client portal that is provided with Quickbook for our clients becasue they're able to keep track along with pay invoices. Cons The software is fine when it works. However it developed an issue for me on the \[sensitive content hidden\] I have been told for 5/6 weeks the engineers are working on it. Now the case is suddenly closed - in response to my last email and the supposed fix doesn't work I am getting an error page. Absolutely dreadful support and I don't say that lightly. Pros Love the customer support. I can always call in and get immediate help or answers that I need for using the software. I love the fact that it saves me so much time by automating the transaction entries. Cons I don't like all of the changes they keep pushing out, they will change the way it's laid out so I have to re-learn all of the formats. It can make or break a business if one is not aware of the financial situation. Cons QuickBooks has a lot of features, sometimes it is a bit overwhelming. I took a course to get a better idea of all services QuickBooks provides, it has made navigating the website a lot easier. I've had some frustrations with not getting the correct answer that I need for some of my questions. Sometimes the system won't upload files correctly. But overall it's been a good experience. Pros I like that the user interface is easy to use. When you sign up for an account it walks you through how to set up everything. But, it also gives you the option to deviate from the recommended steps for set up. In other words, you can set up your account in any order. Cons Some of the customer service reps don't have the same answers to share. So, you may get different answers to the same question if you ask different people. I also don't like that there isn't a manual that tells the steps for using the system for Accounting purposes. They gave training on the different features. The app works fantastic and saves a lot of time. It is bit pricey for upgrade in features but it is worth it. It is a very reliable and efficient app for accounting solution, reporting and payroll integration. Pros QuickBooks Online is a good app which is easy to use and works smoothly. It offers many features like invoicing, payroll integration, expense tracking and financial reporting. Customer support is helpful and works really well due to live chat and phone support. Customer service is fantastic. Layout is very good, you can find and do very easy a simple transaction. Cons The price increased significantly recently. Payroll is paid separate per employee. I migrated to QBo from desktop - i wanted the plus plan. It offered the Advanced plan for free. Sure, why not? Because the trial expires, you cannot downgrade without an hour chat and then phone call. You have to renew the higher plan, then call do downgrade, because you are an idiot and don't know the right plan to pick for yourself - so we need time to talk you out of it. Then you have all another dept to get a credit for the difference in the 2 plans. This is basic customer service software - pick your plan and credit the account. So bad. So lame. I regret not one payment made to this software. As a subscription/account holder I get what i need and then some, making the values of the software over what you pay for the service. I definently feel as though i get my moneys worth out of this program. A wonderful software, ease of access, comfort/peace of mind granted through the integration features offered through, and in connection to this software. Pros As for my personal experience with quickbooks online, I have rated this software highly. As there are several diverse atributes to my liking, one that stands out the most for me is the integration feature. As a business owner this feature has been optimal for my use in the office and for my personal financing. I have integrated my CRM software with my quickbooks online account, which eliviates so much time and grants the ease of knowing record is being kept of my customer relations as needed. I have integrated that of each of my banking accounts, both business and personal, and have not a single complaint thus far. This is of years worth of continued use with the software. I am a paid subscriber with quickbooks online. I am billed monthly for the subscription. Ive used quickbooks online for approximately 4 years, and will continue on as a very pleased customer. Cons As for what i care for the least about quickbooks online is something very managable, for it came with feasible solution. When i first began with the software it did take some getting used to. I am technologically advanced in both system softwares and application softwares. July 7, 2025 5.0 I had to learn QuickBooks by myself very fast in order to do books for a non-profit I’m in charge of. I got a little training with someone who didn’t really know what to do and then had to do it. However, with ease of use and the expert live help, I was able to get really good at it. Plus, I had a huge issue with not being able to reconcile an account and I signed up for the free trial for the expert help that costs a bit more and they were amazing. Everything was fixed, they waked me through how to fix it and what had gone wrong and I actually learned more about QB as we went. It was actually a lifesaver. Pros It’s user-friendly and, as a non-bookkeeper who is having to do bookkeeping, that is key to my keeping my sanity. The help desk is also fantastic!!! Cons The search function on help can be a little wonky and doesn’t always give you what you’re looking for without some deeper searching.
